About Us
At Sophia's Floral, we only use the freshest flowers and highest quality materials in all of our arrangements. We believe that attention to detail and a commitment to quality are what sets us apart from the competition. We take pride in our work and strive to exceed our customers expectations every day.
As a retired veteran of the U.S. Army, I've seen hundreds of flower arrangements. When I married Mechelle, I had no idea she was an award winning floral designer. Now that I know and with what I have seen, we decided to open a shop to give folks a choice to get more flowers for their money. That's what you get at Sophia's Floral. My wife is from Tupelo, Ms., the birthplace of Elvis, where she first got into the floral industry. She made Tennessee her permanent home in 1998, and has been designing here since then. Since we are dog lovers, we decided to name the shop after our little Schweenie, and of course her name is Sophia.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (615) 961-2591, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (615) 961-2591 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
