The flowers I had ordered were not in stock. I received a call letting me know that Sonoma Flowers could substitute the flowers for something just as vibrant and colorful. I even received a photo to see what would be delivered. I appreciated the call and photo. Many florists will substitute the flowers without a heads-up. Sonoma Flowers is honest and caring. I can't share my experience because I am unable to see the flowers you sent. The person I sent them to said they were beautiful but all I'm seeing is a picture of an example of the bouquet I chose but not the actual bouquet. I've thought this for years, how much more satisfying it would be to see a photo of the actual flowers sent.

The arrangement is very nice and it looks like it will last for a good while. My only reason for giving four stars is that there were not nearly as many sunflowers as in the photo, and lots more green. I realize these things vary, but the proportions are quite different.
That said, the service was great--I found out after I placed my order that the recipient was going out of town, so called the shop and asked if they could delay delivery, which they did with a smile. A real little shop run by real people, lovely to have in this day & age.

I was so pleased to see the River Cane Cross available for my mother's funeral. It was delivered to the church and looked very similar to the picture. I received a lot of compliments on it. I had also received the Succulent Dream arrangement back in March from friends. After the flowers died a week later, I left the succulent growing in the container and water it periodically. A second bouquet was delivered. It was very pretty, but not for the amount of money I spent. Unfortunately the flowers were delivered on 5/8 not the requested date of 5/9. I was never told this would happen so my mother had no idea they arrived. They were left on the front porch in the hot sun. The flowers were in bad shape when my mom happened to see them sitting there . Very disappointing to spend so much money and get such poor customer service. If Saturday 5/9 was not an option for a delivery then the date should not be available or I should have been contacted. Then I receive a cheerful email telling me my flowers were “Just” delivered on 5/9 as asked. Not cool!

Experience not good. Ordered at 10 am, delivery was next door to their shop and it was not delivered on that day as promised on the website. Waste of money.... Next time I’ll buy the flowers somewhere else and deliver them myself. Sonoma flowers has good reviews but I don’t trust them now

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
