Simply Fresh Flowers is a bespoke, brick-and-mortar floral studio located in Manlius, NY. We carry a vast array of fresh flowers from around the world and are committed to excellence in floral design and customer service. Simply Fresh Flowers came to be, knowing we wanted to be designers and not duplicators. For that reason, we don't participate with any of the big order gatherers that you'll certainly see when searching for an online florist. Our designs are our own and always will be. Beyond my expectations!! Beautiful! I was a bit nervous because I had ordered from a different company last time, and the results were not that great, and I live so far away, so I was concerned. This company went above and beyond; it was such a professional arrangement, and the flowers were so beautiful. If I were ever to get married again, I would want them to do the flowers for my wedding.

I sent this sympathy dish garden to a friend in upstate NY. I live in Massachusetts and ordered the plant direct via phone call. For me it was a leap of faith as I was not familiar with any NY florist. Turned out to be a good choice. The woman I spoke with on phone was very helpful with my selection. I have to say I was terribly disappointed in the floral arrangement for my sisters funeral. Others had put in towards the cost and I was the one that ordered them. I was so embarrassed when we got to the funeral home and saw them! There were other arrangements there from other florists, that after speaking to the people that had ordered them, were beautiful and very close to (or less) than the cost of what we paid for our arrangement. I am so sorry that I ordered from you. Please tell me that this was not your usual work.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Have never had the pleasure of working with this shop, but my sister who lives nearby had just returned home from the hospital and I wanted to make sure she had beautiful flowers to come home to. Hands down best flower shop I’ve worked with. I placed the order a day before I wanted them delivered. Then, the day of the delivery I learned that my girlfriend would not be home until late that night so Kelly took it upon herself to deliver them personally after the shop had closed. I was not able to see what I had purchased because it was Designer's Choice; however, on-line ordering was easy and staff were very accommodating when I called to say that I had forgotten to include the names of the senders on the card. They immediately added the names and the flowers were delivered within a couple of hours. I was very happy with the service! I'm sure the flowers were beautiful!

The morning of my anniversary I ordered this online. The shop called me just to let me know that a particular type of flower normally included in the arrangement was not available because the stock they had received was below their standards. They would be replacing those flowers with ones of similar value that would look nice. I said that was fine. Truly, I felt that their level of customer service and professionalism was very refreshing.
My wife received the flowers on the day I ordered them. NO issues with delivery whatsoever. She was VERY happy with the flower arrangement from this shop. She said "This is the best flower arrangement I've ever gotten in my life!"

Flowers delivered on time and were as pictured. Only saw them through FaceTime, but my mom loved them! 4 stars instead of 5 because there were actually two cards with the flowers, one had the message I wrote out to my mom and one was from a completely different family.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
