Vicente, I don't know how else to tell you we are not responsible nor do we have control over what a customer types for the message to the recipient. I have explained this to you over ten times. Each customer types their own message. We cannot change or alter the message. I showed you exactly what you initiated and typed in the card message area. You could not even remember what you typed and we went over this all day and you kept calling back asking what did you say. Your 3 star rating of our services is your anger because you were not able to remember what you typed and apparently you sent the wrong message. Clearly this is no fault of our business nor the quality of our products and services

Will, I am really sorry that you did not appreciate the arrangement. I upgraded the quantity and quality of the arrangement and it still included oriental lilies (which are still fragrant) but unfortunately, while paying for my flower order, I accidentally ser the stargazers down in front of the counter and I didn't have enough time to return downtown to the flower market and still get your order out on time. I did use orientals as I mentioned above. It was a judgment call and error on my part. We will gladly pick up the original arrangement and redo your order at our expense, just let me know. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
