The online order form was simple and easy to use. Due to availability of flowers, I was sent a an email to notify me what flower substitutions would occur and how it would effect the arrangement. They were kind enough to send me a picture of the final product upon my request and it turned out better than expected!

Highly disappointed - the flowers looked miles different to the photograph on the website. While we all understand that the advertised image is an indication of the bouquet that is to be received - in the general ballpark, so to speak - the flowers that were delivered weren't barely even in the neighbourhood. This was particularly disappointing as they were delivered to a family member during her final days prior to her passing, and were specifically chosen due to the elegance they were intended to convey. Sadly, they conveyed an entirely different feeling that fell far below expectations.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
