Kinya Smalls have been a florist for over 25 years. She is very knowledgeable about floral design. She has studied horiculture at CPCC in Charlotte, NC and enjoys the beauty of floral design.

|Fast-forward a month later and where else would I go for anniversary flowers? Signature Arrangements Florists! I ordered the flowers online and spoke to the owner directly on the day of delivery. Kinya was so friendly, attentive, descriptive, and helpful to make sure that the flowers would be as special as they were the first time I ordered. And they were even better! My wife loves the look and scent, she loved raving to Kinya upon the hand-delivery of the flowers, and can't stop expressing her joy over how lovely the vase of assorted flowers are.

Thank you for the review. The Mother Day holiday this year was extremely busy( we had 65 deliveries on Sunday). We took full responsibility for Mr.Davis order not being delivered on Mother's Day. Mr.Davis called us 2 days after the delivery date at 6:30 pm, we could not give Mr. Davis an answer because out of the blue( an arrangement was misdelivered). I asked Mr.Davis why did he wait so long to notify us. His response was that he forgot. We apologized and I called Mr. Davis the next morning and we delivered a beautiful arrangement which he stated. We realized that we had 2 addresses with the same name(but one was street and the other was lane). We marked Mr. Davis order as being delivered as well. Mr. Davis wife loved her flowers and she said it was okayWe are definitely taking a different approach in how we mark all orders being delivered during the holidays for future references.

We took full responsibility in not sending the exact design that was ordered. The city of Charlotte was closed and our wholesaler/ buyer was closed as well. We were struggling to get product in. We also downsizee the amount of designs we offer on our website for guarantee designs and freshness.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
