Flowers were not delivered the day I ordered them. Ordered them before noon via online. It’s my bad for not speaking to a human to order them. I won’t make that mistake again. Called their phone number and although someone answered, it sounded like some service and not a local florist. Told someone would call me back the next day. If you’re looking for flowers to be delivered in a timely manner from a local florist, don’t use this business.

Ordered flowers for my DADS 89th Bday. He lives out of state from me. They sent a receipt that the flowers were delivered on his bday as planned but in fact, they were not delivered until late in the evening the following day. He also told me they were wilted. The flowers werw NOT wilted.. they were pravtocally dead. Disappointing. too bad you can upload a picture. Sonething fishy. Be careful. Call the actual Sherwood Florist.

I realize that when ordering flowers online I will not get a replica of the photo shown on the website but I had at least hoped for something that appeared professionally done. If I could include a photo it would explain my disappointment. The arrangement appears to have much less variety than the arrangement on the website with less expensive flower choices. The flowers are also arranged in a much less appealing or professional manner.

The delivery was as expected and well-done. I'm disappointed that I requested no lilies in the bouquet and they were still in the vase. There are cats present in the house they were delivered to and lilies are extremely toxic to them. I would not have minded cheaper filler items in there place at all. I put it in the notes in the online order and tried to call the shop to let them know this as well. I was redirected to a call center and didn't get to speak to anyone at the florist. There were lilies in the vase, so while the recipient appreciates them they can't display them as planned. In the future I will not place an online order.

They called me after the delivery to tell me that they didn't have a peace lily plant. I have never heard of a florist not having a peace lily. They said that they substituted the peace lily for a dish garden. With delivery and taxes a dish garden cost me $135.00. It was for my cousins memorial.

Was highly disappointed that the order I placed was not the item that was delivered or mirrored anything that I requested. As I explained the issue to the person who answered the phone she asked me to email her the image of the arrangement and when I called her back she was MIA so someone else handled my concern. I wanted to send my niece an arrangement for her 16th birthday. I had never used this florist before I just searched for florist near Maumelle. I am very happy with the service that was provided. My Brice lived the arrangement and sent a thank you photo with it and it was just beautiful!! Thank for doing such a great job!!

I was not pleased with the arrangement. It had very few flowers & mostly greenery to bake it look “full”. Additionally, there were no “vibrant@ colors.
I live out of state & Due to travel restrictions for Michigan for Covid-19, I was unable to see my Mom in person.
The flowers were supposed to be a gift to make her day brighter. It didn’t.
I will it use the flower shop again.

When I lived in North Little Rock Sherwood Florist was MY florist. I have moved, but still use Sherwood for my floral needs. The service is wonderful, friendly and very patient! My orders ALWAYS arrive when needed and are beautiful. Since I can't physically "pick out" the arrangements, I never had to worry how they will look when received. I recently ordered Perfectly Pastel from Sherwood Florist for a sympathy occasion and was most pleased with the service. The website was very easy to navigate to find exactly what I thought was appropriate. Ordering was a snap. They let me know when it was delivered and most of all the recipients were very pleased with the arrangement and even sent me a picture. I ordered designer’s choice Deluxe arrangement to ensure freshest flowers and in stock. It looks like bought a $15 Retail cost mixed bouquet of flowers at grocery store and stuck in $1 glass vase.
They did deliver on time but the picture my friend sent to me was very disappointing! :-(

Too easy of a process and the added special touches really made my moms birthday special! Thank you so much for helping an out of state family celebrate their mom’s birthday with class. The flowers are amazing! We have had spotty luck with online flower service but the local connection in Sherwood and personal attention of the shop really went the extra mile for us.
