Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I wanted to use a local flower shop for my daughter's birthday bouquet I sent her since I am in Colorado and she is in Oakland. I'm so glad I chose this one. My daughter said this bouquet was the most beautiful arrangement she has ever received! When I ordered online, I forgot to put her apartment number so I called. The man that answered ( I'm assuming the owner) was so kind. I did tell him that this was a special birthday and I wanted a lot of purple and it to be fabulous! He did not disappoint. I usually order from 1800 flowers but so glad I chose a local florist instead! If you have a special occasion and need something extravagant for a reasonable price, this shop is the one to call!!! This made my daughter's day! If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would! ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for going local and choosing us,you are also very kind and deserve our best.Hope to be your florist for your future orders every time.

“These are by far the best flowers I’ve ever received” are the words of my best friend whose birthday was yesterday. I’ve sent flowers every year, which she always enjoys, but the bouquet from Seulbergers was spectacular this year. Really an eye-opener! She will remember this florist.
