Beautiful! It was so simple to order online and give specific delivery instructions. A dear friend asked me to order them for his wife to have them delivered to their reserved table at their favorite restaurant for their anniversary. Instructions were followed perfectly. this was the first time I used Scottsdale Floral for an order. I live out of state and rely on locals to supply flowers to my relatives in the area. I received a photograph of the delivered flowers, and was disappointed. I chose the "designers choice" so with delivery taxes, and so forth, it was more than $80 for a floral arrangement I could've purchased at Costco for less than $20. The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and expedient. Plus the arrangement was delivered correctly on time. Would I choose Scottsdale Floral again? Probably not. The price/value certainly was not there.

The bouquet looked fine on delivery, but the various flowers ranged from tight buds (the lilies) to obviously much older and slightly limp blossoms (roses). Definitely not as nice-looking as the online photo on your website. I could be happier. But my wife was delighted when they were delivered and her pleasure was all I hoped for.

I called late in the day to see if they had been delivered because I hadn't heard from the family member and suspected not. The worker went out of their way to try again even after the delivery person had gone for the day. Wow - Knocked it out of the park! I can't thank you enough for the outstanding tropical arrangement for my wife. She was completely taken by the tropical flowers and the artistic way they were arranged. She said her coworkers were "Supremely Jealous".
