The flowers are beautiful, but I am out of town and tried to surprise my wife with flowers and I got a email stating the flowers were delivered at 4:00 am yesterday 11/8/22 and didn’t get delivered until 5:00pm 11/8/22. The problem is I had to call my wife and have her search outside and at neighbors houses for an hour (because about 2 years ago one of your drivers deliver my wife’s birthday flowers to the wrong house in my street while I had the correct address on the package) and ruin the surprise and thinking I was out of $60 and had no flowers for why wife. I’ve been using you as my go to florist for 10 years but this is the second time an issue came up. I am very upset with this matter

I did not see the flowers in person but Dawn Williams the recipient said they were beautiful. If I had seen the flowers in person, I'm sure it would have been five stars. I've been doing business with Schmidts for approximately 31 years and I've only been in the store once. I trust that every time I order flowers they will be beautiful and they are. My daughter said the basket was very nice and the cookies were delicious!!! One thing I had a little bit of a problem with is that it was a Breakfast basket I thought it was going to be delivered in the morning and not the afternoon probably my fault for not checking also I'm very sorry that her house was so hard to find.

I can't provide positive feedback on a item that to date I still haven't received!, on top of the fact that you have to solicit communication from the company directly, more effort than just an apology has to be done to restore my faith that when I spend my money with this establishment not only am I going to receive the product but if any unforeseen obstacles arise that I will be notified and ultimately provided with a beautiful product.

The picture depicted here is not the flower arrangement I expected to be sent...

The actual arrangement was not worth the money I paid and I requested a call before the delivery because she was actually working at the time. Apparently, the hours for delivery do not accommodate for people who work.

I was disappointed with the bait and switch arrangements and will not make any future purchases.

The point of online sales is to meet or exceed the customers expectations in order to get future revenue. Since I could not actually go into the shop and see what I was paying for in reality, the virtual depiction of the flowers should match.

I have a picture of the tiny flower arrangement that was delivered, it does not match the flower shown in this review and I will not be ripped off again by Schmidt's Flower's. I should have used Fink's...

Pretty, but smaller than I expected it to be. Didn't really have the WOW effect I was hoping for. I chose this arrangement because of the purple flowers in it. I realize you sometimes have to make substitutions. However, the arrangement that was sent didn't have nearly enough purple except for the vase.

We have never had an issue with Schmidt’s florist and have been using them for years. Yesterday, my wife had to go down the street at 4pm to a different house to get her flowers. They were delivered not only to the wrong house, but left outside because there was no one home at the incorrect address. Our correct address was on the address card. I understand people make mistakes, but our address number is 37 and the flowers were delivered to 27. I would think the delivery driver would have stood at the door for a few minutes before deciding to just leave the flowers outside. I would also think that during that time they would think to check the address but clearly didn’t. Especially on a major holiday, flowers shouldn’t be left at someone’s door.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
