Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (716) 662-4483, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (716) 662-4483 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

The website was pretty easy to navigate and the choices are always plentiful and beautiful. I like that you can choose the size flower arrangement, which helps with budgeting. And since this was going local, I chose a local florist that I know is excellent. I also liked that Saville's kept me informed every step of the way, that it was out for delivery and then the time it was delivered. Eases my mind that my friend got his flowers on his birthday.

Let me start with the person I talked to on the phone. I am sorry I do not recall her name. She was absolutely wonderful. So kind. I enjoyed our conversation.
We did discuss adding a touch of pink instead of purple for that was the recipient’s favorite color. Colleen did receive the purple touches as described in the photo. I must say she love it anyway (she did not know my thoughts) and it did warm her heart. So thank you.
I was amazed how well the communication was: telling me of delivery, when it was delivered etc. That was very much appreciated.

There are no words to express how wonderful the associates were. We came in the day before a funeral needing something special for our loved one and they really made the process easy. Saville’s is the best! The quality of the flowers is outstanding as is the customer service. The bouquet was exquisite. I called first thing the day of the wake, and was greeted by a kind staff member. She assured me that the arrangement would be at the funeral home on time. A few hours later I was told by the funeral home it hadn’t arrived. I immediately called Saville’s. The owner himself took my call. He told me it was delivered, and he said he would make a call to the funeral home. The problem was with the funeral home after all, and he called to let me know it was all good. Losing a loved one is stressful enough. I was very appreciative of his help. Going that extra mile makes all the difference. This has been my second time using Saville’s, and I have made it my new florist. Beautiful fresh flowers, fantastic delivery, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Saville’s!

I ordered the deluxe Deepest Sympathy Arrangement for a friend. It was promptly delivered that same day. Saville’s has a great notification system to let you know exactly when your order is delivered. My friend was thrilled with her bouquet, the flowers are fresh and beautiful, and the delivery time was great. Highly recommend.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Can I place an order Anonymously?
No, All orders will include the sender information. Why We Don’t Allow Anonymous Flower Deliveries :
To protect the safety and privacy of all customers and recipients, we require that every flower order include accurate sender information. Anonymous deliveries can lead to confusion, concern, or even distress for recipients who don’t know where the flowers came from.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as small gifts or chocolates. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page and again at checkout.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life.
