We always encourage our clients to support local businesses instead of ordering from large company order gatherers in order to create a personalized relationship with your local florist and to ensure you will get exactly what your ordering. We are taking orders for all of Life's Occasions (Birthdays, Anniversary, Engagements, Baby Showers, Congratulations, Promotion, Retirement, Homecoming, Prom, Graduation, Get Well Soon, Expression of Gratitude (Thank You), Seasons, Holidays, (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Halloween, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) or Just Because. We also provide Weekly/Monthly Subscription Flower Delivery Services (Recipients, Restaurants, Hospitals, Offices, Hotels, Other Business), Weddings Flowers and Funeral Services. We are open for online orders and phone orders only. Walk-ins are by Appointment Only. You are welcome to reach out via email. We will do our best to get back to you within 1 business day. Each arrangement is uniquely crafted by our designers. We encourage you to place your order with a minimum of one day in advance to allow us to secure the freshest florals for your design. We may need to substitute florals depending on availability and season. We will always make every effort to match the color scheme and value of the replaced floral. While there may be some variations from the photo shown, we will make sure that your gift is truly a one-of-a-kind beautiful creation that your recipient will love and enjoy. We take care by utilizing Gloves, Disinfecting Wipes, Washing of Hands, Disinfecting Workstations and Washing Vase Containers. We always appreciate when our customers provide feedback as this helps us improve our service. This particular review is rather confusing and not very helpful to help us understand what went wrong. We made several attempts to contact the client. But he never reached out. We spoke to him prior to this review and all seemed to be well. Its a shame he did not give us an opportunity to find out what went wrong, how can we fix it or why he would leave such a review. We make every effort to create fresh unique beautiful arrangements for every client that chooses our shop for their florals needs. This order was no exception. Its a shame that he had to end this on a bad note. I hope he finds a flower shop that will better understand he needs and he will be more forthcoming with feedback.

Hi Janis. Our most sincere apologies that you were not happy with our selection of container. In an effort to complete your upgrade request, we added additional orchids to the arrangement. Given the weight and shape of the orchids, we felt it would jeopordized the arrangement with the possibility of it tipping over if the glass vase was used. We tried different glass cointainers but would get the same result. We felt the basket was a better fit, as it allowed the orchids to fit comfortably, it is a higher value container than the regular glass vase, and it can be repurposed by your recipient. For all these reasons, we based our decision to use the basket. We will make an effort to be more mindful and think of the client's preference rather than creating a higher value arrangement.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
