Because I ordered flowers to be delivered 2 days in advance and then 1 day in advance, I ordered online and then called it in to make sure there was no confusion. They verified my orders and kept me updated on when they were delivered. I've had bad experiences with florists before but they handled business.

My sister said the flowers I got her were beautiful and fragrant but the vase had a hole in it. The flowers were on her desk at work and when she came back from an errand, the water had leaked all over and ruined all the paperwork on her desk. So perhaps use higher quality vases or check for leaks before delivery. She said the actual flowers were beautiful though! Quick delivery!

I live in Los Angeles and found myself in a bind. I needed to send flowers to my friend for her bday, and I waited until the last minute. I browsed a few other florists via yelp in San Jose. Most were closed on Sundays (the day I needed to have them delivered) or outrageaously expensive. I found San Jose Flowers and was pleased by the price points & options available. I was also very happy to see they didn't have any extra charges for next day delivery. I ordered the flowers online Sat and my friend received the them on Sunday at noon. (I did noy pay extra for a specific delivery time option). My friend loved them, and although the flowers used in the bouquet will vary depending on the seaon, the theme was on point!

100% Recommend this AWESOME company!!! My Aunt fell and I ordered flowers to be delivered to the hospital. That night, while sleeping, I became VERY sick, and I knew that my Aunt had gone home, but I was soooo sick I couldn't even make the change. The driver texted to say she wasn't at the hospital, and asked for her home address! The flowers and balloons were hand delivered without a hitch!

First of all, the website was clear and easy to use. I appreciate that a lot. Then when my flowers were being delivered my mom wasn’t home and I received a call from the delivery man, who was sweet and thoughtful wondering where to put them, as I hadn’t specified what to do if no one was home. He moved a chair over into the shade and made sure the flowers were safe and up on something so they wouldn’t get knocked over. My mom was impressed by how beautiful they were and loved the vase. The flowers that were delivered look nothing like the Sunset Sky arrangement online. Could you have used some yellow roses with a little spray of orange on them? The filler was nothing similar as well. Ferns were used, which give a feel of the standard funeral flowers that I don't like at all. I know I ordered the premium level, but I just wanted to be sure it didn't look sparse. It looked like there was no design element and that just a bunch of flowers were thrown in a vase. The flowers were all red (except for lilies that will bloom later), and roses were sticking up high, nothing like the Sunset Sky picture. Then with the royal blue ribbon, it looked more like a 4th of July arrangement. I had suggested navy to offset the orange, yellow and red. The recipient sent me a picture of them to thank me, and I'm sure the sentiment was appreciated. I gave them a 3 star because I was specifically after the purple and blue flowers. I had put in my notations that it was a special order for a 65th Anniversary. Blue Hydrangeas are specific for 65th. They did do the blue vase instead of the clear vase, but most of the flowers were white. I asked if they could put more blue hydrangeas in since it was for 65th and they put only 1. I was most unhappy about that. I chose a local venue to support local businesses and when checking out, you get charged and extra $10 for that. Won't do that again!!!! I will just go ahead and order from Flowers.com instead.
