I ordered for same-day delivery requesting that they be delivered by a specific time. They were able to do that for me and the bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. The recipient loved them. Service, delivery and presentation were fabulous. I'll definitely order from the San Jacinto Florist again.

Ordered the arrangement and paid for the expensive one, because it said they will add more flowers/roses and that the one pictured was the one least expensive. Well the one received was just like the picture. Same amount of flowers/roses. Really disappointed. Paid for more and got the least. While I do appreciate that they called to let me know that they where out of a certain color and if it was ok to use another.

I purchased an arrangement online & added on the "special instructions " that I did not want carnations in the arrangement. After placing my order, I called the flower shop to confirm pick up time & to reiterate that I did not want carnations in my arrangement. Upon pick up, the arrangement was full of carnations. The gentleman, at first, was not willing to make it right & tried to cast blame on me for not being "clear in my request." It was not my fault the instructions were not read. Eventually, the arrangement was redone with zero carnations. The redo was absolutely beautiful with the added alstroemeria. I'm unsure if I'll order again, but the recipient was very happy with the arrangement. Thank you

I called the store they came and picked up the arrangement and brought me back a beautiful replacement of how it should have been. The worst customer service. And when I created a note to go to my grandmother for Mother’s Day, they didn’t even include it. My grandma didn’t even know who they came from and though it was the wrong address they were delivered to. I’ll definitely explore other options if I should order her flowers again. And I recommend everyone else do the same. The advertisement said free delivery, but when you check out it was a $12 delivery fee. Worst place, I’m telling you.

I purchased the Fancy Free bouquet for my mother who lives in a different state than I do. Deliveries are made on time and she said the flowers were beautiful and fresh. This is the second time I've used this florist. The first time I used them they called because there was no answer at the deliver location. Arrangements were made and I now trust them with all future purchases for their service location.

I tried to do my part by buying local bit I was sadly disappointed. I ordered a Premium Bouquet for a reason. I wanted a grand gesture. I wanted the WOW! factor. This was for my mom's birthday. And what I got was lukewarm to be generous. The representation picture shows at minimum 12 roses, hers had 2. And while I understand the mistakes happen, I have reached out to the florist hoping they would make it right & have had zero response yet. I mean, they couldn't even get the tag right. People need to do their jobs. That's all I'm asking here.

The flowers are Beautiful. The service was Outstanding. The problem is that after an hour, there was a small puddle of water on my table. Upon further inspection, there is a crack in the bottom of the vase that is leaking. The crack goes almost all the way around the bottom of the vase. Had to cut the flowers to make them fit into another vase we had. Check your vases to make sure the bottom is not going to leak.

First time ordering from this company. The arrangement was exactly like the brochure picture. There were not a lot of filler flowers thrown in. It would have been a nice surprise to throw in a contrasting flower though! Although I could not tell the size of the bouquet. I will check with the recipients to see how long the flowers last, as that is important to me.

Only complaint I have is it doesn't look exactly like the picture, like there was no butterfly and there's only about 3/4 of the amount of flowers.

My experience with San Jacinto Florist was poor. The original floral arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the arrangement that was advertised. It was arranged very poorly and arrived with flowers that were already droopy and wilting. When I called to express my concerns with the arrangement, I was told that San Jacinto Florist would provide a new arrangement, but only if the recipient was willing to exchange the original lackluster arrangement. As a result, I had to have an uncomfortable conversation with the recipient. All around, very poor customer service.

The delivery person was sensitive enough to bring the arrangement in the house and set down on the breakfast bar when she discovered the recepient had a broken arm. These flowers were delivered a week early when it was clear they wereven not to be delivered unail November 10th and they error delivered on November 4th. My mom's birthday surprise was ruined.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
