Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (310) 839-2434, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

I purchased an arrangement online. It was very easy to select and pay for an appropriate item. I asked for a delivery to the recipient at a date and time. The store called me to bring me up to date on the change to the delivery time. They had called the recipient who said he was not home to receive it. They arranged a better time for him and the delivery was made. The store didn't just leave it at his door where it could be easily stolen.

The flowers were lovely altho a bit old/starting to wilt, but the bigger issue was the box pictured in the ad. The supercool box shown in their ad was 50% of the reason that I chose this kind of expensive arrangement, but when I picked up my order the florist had instead used a very unnattractive box that looked like it was made out of old, gray, cement. Ok for a Nine Inch Nails video, but not so much for my not-industrial girlfriend on V-Day. She was gracious when I gave it to her, but I could tell she was a bit let-down by the box it came in. I realize that florists in this situation can't always match the pictures posted exactly, but this box was definitely a downgrade and substandard.

I very much like this flower shop and their commitment to making all deliveries on the specified date. However, in this day and age I think it is inappropriate for them to be make flower deliveries at 8:30-9:00pm when many are concerned about opening the door. And my recipient wasn’t even informed of the arrival. I had to call and tell her the delivery had arrived based on a confirmation I received. The flowers were on her doorstep but she was home. Also the arrangement had little resemblance to the picture I ordered but my recipient thought the arrangement was beautiful (not knowing what I’d ordered) so I left it alone but I was disappointed.

Very pleased with this transaction. I am in a different state and wanted to send flowers to my sister in CA for her birthday. Unlike all the other flower shops in the vicinity, this shop accurately stated the inventory they had that could be delivered same or next day, AND they offered flower choices that weren't just completely saturated colors, which is her preference. I selected the Deluxe option (middle-sized option) and the bouquet that showed up was massive! The delivery went well and the driver followed my instructions/delivery request to a T. If I need to send flowers in CA again, this company will be the first I use.

Flowers were excellent and very beautiful but they forgot to put message card in envelope and it was our anniversary. When I called and let them know, they tried to brush the situation off by saying it was because I forgot to put the apt number on the form. But what does this have to do with the message card? She then offered to call and read the message to her. I had a very intimate note for my GF so I did not want her to do that. Lady put me on hold and went and did it anyway and my GF said it made her feel very uncomfortable because it had a pet name only we know and is kind of embarrassing. All I wanted was some kind of compensation for my troubles and instead got a super embarrassing set of events. Great flowers though.

We order from Sadas all the time, as we live in Culver City and have only had good experiences. That being said, I ordered these flowers for my best friend last week and when they arrived, it was nothing like the photos. The photo shows a totally different vase, with at least double the amount of roses than what was actually delivered. I’ve never had a bad experience from Sadas, but this was very disappointing. I’m not sure if there is anything you can do to fix the situation, but as a loyal customer this was not the same quality as the sadas we know and love.

Beautiful flowers are lasting very long and still look fresh after 1 week. The arrangement looks better than the picture in their website. We had a delivery mishap and not such a great communication after I notified them that we did not receive the flowers that is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. They delivered the flowers at a later date but it took a few days to get them. I will give them another chance, I will order from them one more time and I hope to have a better communication experience next time.

Flowers never arrived for Mother's Day!!! How does a florist F it up that badly? we ordered 2 weeks ago for them to be delivered the day before Mother's Day actually, and they just never showed up. $155 + delivery + fees = $188 and we still haven't been reimbursed. The problem was having to get deeply involved in getting them to the recipient. When I signed up the info was that the delivery would be made on time. Since it was my wife's last day before retirement it was important the flowers got to her before she leaves the office.
The person doing the phones was totally frazzled. I was put on long holds numerous times and when I was able to speak to her she was not allowing me to talk as she was rabbiting on and on. I had to rudely tell her to stop talking so I could give her information as theirs was incomplete.
She couldn't access my order as the computer seemed to be down. At one point she had to call the owner who was not at the business. To her credit they ended up having UBER take it over but gave the driver some weird directions like to meet my wife at the parking lot. This was, of course, supposed to be a surprise.
Anyhow the Uber driver was also told there was some kind of secret password my wife needed to give her. WHAT?? So the driver called me and hung in there, found the office in the office building and gave my wife the flowers.
The flowers were beautiful at least. Experience could have been a lot better.

Gorgeous flowers, no complaints there. I’m very happy with the arrangement and the card with the message is nicely presented. My only issues were with the delivery process. There wasn’t parking available immediately in front of the recipient’s building at the time, so the recipient had to walk out to the street to get the flowers from the delivery person. This is a bit underwhelming for what is supposed to be a hand delivery process where presentation is important. The flowers were in a box that was pretty wet, to the point where the box wasn’t rigid and could be torn apart with little effort. Again, this was something that just took away from the delivery experience.

This shop is not equipped to deliver something nice with the details you need to express your love to the loved ones.

3. The most annoyingly, status update: i called the shop and gave them the instruction on how to get in the bldg. After 1.5 hours, i called to check the status and she said it's delivered. I confirmed i had the deliver confirmation email in my inbox so i apologized and hung up. I called the recipient to check the door and mail room and nothing. My poor friend had to dig everywhere to find flowers which was supposed to make her day happy and delivered anonymously, which failed. 10 mins later, a guy rang her bell to deliver the flower. Why did i get the email, hear the shop lady cut me off about the flower getting delivered and nag my friend to go look for it.

The arrangement didn't look at all like the picture. It was missing certain flowers and those flowers were not replaced with anything else. It looked plain and more green than the beautiful arrangement of the "Teleflora's Indian Summer" I hoped to gift my mother on mother's day. Furthermore they didn't deliver it until after 5pm and when I called and asked what time it would arrive, they said someone would call me back and update me and no one ever did. I was very dissapointed. Didn't live up to any standard at all.

Hi there - I have always had such a great experience with Bloom Nation, but unfortunately, this order for my mother-in-law was not the case.
The flowers were beautiful, but the order was delivered a day later than originally requested - which then didn't coordinate with the card that said "Happy Early Mother's Day."
Also, I paid for an upgrade to Deluxe, but the flowers showed up as shown in the image since I was at their house and got to see it delivered. I think it was the exact number of flowers as the original.

The recipient received a call minutes before 5pm that the flowers were in route. The office closed at 3pm. They stated they would deliver them to the house within 30 minutes. They arrived at 6:37pm. It get worse. The dozen roses apparently must have lost one rose in route! On top of that, the box container was completely socked and leaking water. There was no one answering the phone all day except for an offsite call service that had zero contact with the actual store aside from emailing the owners. Never again will i order from Sada..

I walked away from this purchase with some frustration. I wanted to make Valentines Day special for a friend. I paid extra money for a nicer bouquet and a box of Godiva chocolates. The florist called the recipient 2 days before delivery #1- ruining the surprise of getting the flowers; and #2 - requesting to deliver the flowers a day earlier which meant they arrived before the recipient’s surgery rather than after. First off Sada's delivered the wrong flowers along with the wrong message on the card ( it was written in Hebrew) to my girlfriends work. So a BIG disappointment and took away from the totaol surprise of getting the flowers in the first place :-( Sada's did correct the issue and sent out the correct flowers but when they arrived it didn't look as full as displayed in their online picture. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve rarely been more disappointed with a purchase/business than I was with Sada’s. Paid $300 for flowers to be delivered within a 6 hr timeframe, and they didn’t produce. Literally no flowers were delivered to my fiancé.
When I called the customer service rep to ask what happened, said they were ‘out for delivery’, even though it was 3 hrs past the specified 6 hr window.
Since then I haven’t been able to get through to an actual person, nor have my calls been returned.

The flowers and arrangement were really beautiful but the card that accompanied them was a problem, which is why I am giving 3 stars instead of 5. The mock up of the card that showed when I ordered on line was perfect. But the actual card was handwritten, wasn’t exactly as I had worded it and omitted my name so the person who received the flowers did not know they came from me. After me trying to reach out to the florist about a ETA numerous times and failed the flowers finally got delivered late in the evening and I wasn’t happy about that and even though she was happy with what she received I wasn’t. I ordered the flowers 2 days in advance online and paid for shipping and made notes saying these needed to be delivered by 3:30pm for the designated day. The delivery address was only 1.5 miles away from the shop and they open at 9:30am. They delivered it late and the anniversary flowers weren't received on the anniversary day as the recipient had to leave by 3:30pm. Delivery was $15 to drive the flowers 1.5 miles and have it not be on time? I would like a refund.

The flowers were beautiful and my girlfriend loved them. The problem is I've ordered from you two times only and both times there was a major problem with the delivery. Both times I was at work and had to take time out of my day to call your shop only to find out you hadn't read my order correctly and had not seen the time frame I was working with. I said they needed to be delivered by 2 which the person I talked to didn't know until I told him to check my order again and then confirmed it was there all along. Then when they were delivered two hours late the delivery person told my girlfriend they would have been delivered by 2 but they needed to put nicer flowers in the bouquet. I would have believed that if the person I had just talked to had no idea about the 2pm deadline so I didn't appreciate what seemed to be a blatant lie. Both times were for my girlfriend's birthday and both times were huge headaches for me and her. I paid 20.00 extra for the delivery and it ended up being my responsibility to make sure they were there before she left for work. It was very frustrating and it didn't even end up being a surprise because I had to tell her to wait to leave for them to be delivered. I love your flowers and selection but I will honestly never order from you again.

I had specifically called and told someone to let the delivery driver know to call me if for any reason the recipient wasn't home because she wasn't going to be home the next day. I never got a call so I assumed it all went OK. I then found out they hadn't been delivered. I called and they told me that I had told them to just deliver the next day which I never said. Eventually the flowers made it but not without me getting texts and phone calls while I'm at work trying to deliver when she wasn't home. I had to call around 6 pm to even confirm that my flowers had been delivered. i wish i had received a confirmation earlier in the day, especially when the lady told me one of the orders i ahd placed was delivered at 1 pm and she was waiting to hear about the other one. also it would be great if you could send a photo of what actually went out.

However, I had left specific instructions to substitute the red roses with orange (peach) roses (after chatting with an online rep to make sure it was OK). However, the roses showed up red.
