Every time I order from Ruth’s, the flowers are absolutely beautiful and always arrive so quickly. This shop is truly a staple in my hometown, and the owners and staff are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. They’re such a breath of fresh air, and I’m so thankful for the care they put into making sure the flowers I send to my grandmother are perfect every time. Ruth’s really goes above and beyond, and I couldn’t recommend them more!

I live in another state, but can always rely on my hometown’s Ruth’s Flowers to send something pretty for every occasion to my family and friends there.

For this arrangement, I wanted something extra special for my beloved aunt’s funeral. It was very short notice. But Sandi created a massive arrangement with pastel spring colors and also added a wind chime.

Thank you to the shop for always being reliable, unlike online “flower shops” who pose as local shops, but are actually remotely located (and keep half the money from the order), forwarding on the order to someone local with the reduced budget for the order.

Never, ever confuse Marshfield’s Ruth’s Flowers for the online Ruth’s Roses. Many have made that mistake. It is RUTH’S FLOWERS.

Thanks, Sandi and Sue and all your staff—your work shows how much you care for your customers, the recipients, and your town.

My cousins opted to leave your gorgeous arrangement at the gravesite to brighten up the spot where both their parents are now buried. They sent me photos to show me.

Flowers were beautiful! They went above a beyond. My mom was in the middle of moving and they tracked her down and took the flowers to her even though it wasn’t the delivery address. In addition the delivery person was sweet enough to spend extra time visiting with my mom which made such difference in what would have been a bittersweet, sad day for her. Thank you!

Very quick and delivered locally within just a couple hours of placing the order. Extremely friendly. But, I paid for the $200 extra extra premium order and when I saw the picture of what was delivered the flower count was quite sparse. For $200 I thought maybe I should have more then 15 roses and the vase would be jam packed, kind of like the picture, but what we did have was lovely and fresh.

We created your Grandmother's arrangement with 12 Red Freedom Roses and 12 White Mondial Roses with Baby's Breath and Specialty Greens with a larger upgraded glass vase as an all around arrangement, because it was going to your Grandmother's home. I realize a picture wouldn't have been able to capture all the roses in the vase. The one sided design pictured on our website is made more for a church or memorial service.

Our sister and brother in law’s grandson passed away. They live in Missouri, we live in Texas. We wanted to express our deepest sympathies so started to look for florists in Missouri. In our search, we came upon Ruth’s Flowers … and are we ever glad we found them.

I find it really hard to make the bouquet I had no idea what I was saying like I had no idea how many roses I was buying or what colors the roses could be. There was also no set price range. How much makes it very easy to overpay especially when you have no idea what you’re buying oh what your options the layout of the website very easy but the lack of information on what you’re buying able to buy and how much that would cost it’s really a big issue in my personal opinion. This causes the website end the purchasing process take a lot of time a lot of Communication and even more frustration.

So very disappointing to feel taken advantage of at a vulnerable time. I understand you have the right to substitute flowers, however, this looks nothing like what I ordered. Its embarrassing for me to have sent the arrangement that you made. Original is vibrant and colorful with spray background. The result is dull and hardly a spray background at all. I'm sure you will say its or the person who took the pic but everyone I have shown this too is shocked by the difference. Not saying the original isn't good but not remotely compared to what I ordered. Comparison pictures were sent in a reply to your email.

I spent 106 dollars on an arrangement that looked nothing like it was supposed to. The flowers looked wilted the hydrangea was very light instead of darker color. I received pictures of it and am gravely disappointed in the lack of attention paid to a high end order

I was very impressed. I ordered online a plant on Saturday afternoon for a funeral visitation on Monday at 9:00 a.m. I was unsure if they would be able to get it there on time. Was informed that the delivery truck had been delayed because of the holiday which is understandable. Was informed that the basket would be different but of the same quality. The picture shows 3 colors of flowers and at least 2 different kinds of green plants. WE RECEIVED THE BASKET WITH ONE TYPE OF GREEN PLANT AND ONE COLOR FLOWERS SPRINKLED OVER THE BASKET. THE PICTURE LOOKS FULL AND ALIVE WITH COLOR BUT WHAT WE RECEIVED WAS DRAB AND SPARSE AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. WILL NEVER USE THIS FLORIST AGAIN.

Jim, I am sorry with the holiday week our plant truck did not have the 4" yellow begonia, 4" pink kalanchoe & 3" purple African violet. We did the variegated green plant & 6 bedding blooming plants as a substitution along with adding butterflies & ribbon for added value. I know the appearance of bedding plants is totally different than the other 3 blooming plants. I am sorry that you were unhappy with the overall look of the basket.

What an amazing effort this florist went to just to make sure that my recipient got her 95th birthday bouquet on time! She had moved recently, and I wasn't aware of that fact. They phoned and helped track her down and even collected updated information for me to add to my personal directory!
