Let's see, a few months ago I ordered flowers for my wife. The flowers never arrived and they lied and said they were delivered. Thank God for video cameras. I decided to give them a second change. My mistake. A day late. When I tried to call to cancel the order, nobody answers their customer service line. Needless to say you lost my business. Thanks for nothing.

Never received a call/ confirmation if it was delivered to the recipient. I Called the florist asking about the delivery and she hung up in my face. I called back she told me it’s ready for pick up even though I paid for delivery. I explained I can not pick up, I am in another state, I paid for delivery to California. We went back and forth until she said ok it’s ready, my husband is going to deliver now. Here it is the next day, no call no confirmation that it was delivered. I had to contact the recipient who was supposed to be surprised w/them due to her mother’s death and ruined everything, but she said she did NOT get anything. I am NEVER ordering from this place EVER again! This is really messed up!!!

This flower arrangement was hot garbage. Paying a premium for Valentine’s Day flowers and yet they show up not cut to the vase, not arranged, more green leaves than flowers… it was awful. Reached out to Bloom Nation to complain… 10 days later, nothing. Will never use them or this florist again. Wish I could upload a pic to this.

For the amount I paid, I'd expect the bouquet to somewhat resemble what's in the image, but aside from getting the color of the flowers right, everything else was completely off. It truly looked like someone just stuck flowers together without any thought. Never buying from them again.

I am sorry but they were so pretty. However being late for a funeral service is not professional. The driver was nice and we appreciate him. However, please understand funerals are timely. When I called to ask I was told he is almost arriving yet was 15 min late. When I called prior to ordering I was told it would be at the service early.

I had been sick for a few days and was not able to be there for my best friend’s birthday. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any flower shops after 2 PM that was able to deliver to her home. Luckily, I found this flower shop, and although the website only allowed a next day delivery, they worked with me and they were able to do a same day delivery. They provided excellent customer service and great sense of urgency. The arrangement was beautiful as well. I will definitely be ordering from this shop again in the future and will be suggesting it to others. Thank you so much!

The flowers are gorgeous and in perfect bloom. However, I paid for the top tier arrangement, and I feel like I received the bottom tier. Outside of the roses there was barely any other accent flowers, when there should have been just as many as there are in the picture, if not more because I paid for the top tier of the arrangement.

Since this was an arrangement for someone else, I did not actually see the end product. My review is for the over-the-phone and online experience. I had intially ordered flowers from another local shop and last minute it was cancelled. Rubi's came to my rescue when I called them for a same-day delivery which they were able to accomodate no problem. Lady was very nice over the phone, confirmed my online order and gave me a delivery window time. No complaints! Will use them again in the future.

We ordered a Happy birthday balloon for my mom birthday; they delivered the cheapest ones when we paid for the fancy ones, we have to contact them to claim, they delivered the correct ones till the next day after mom's birthday, first time that they made this mistake. Where do I even start?... I live out of state. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my family house for a recent passing that happened that morning. The owner calls me and tells me that the delivery driver has arrived to the home. I have people waiting outside for him. He did not show up until nearly 20 minutes later. I had to send the owner screenshots of how the house look like on Google maps.
The flowers finally arrived. I get a call instantly from my mother letting me know that the flowers were not fresh. And the card that I ordered said “ Happy Birthday; Sister Friend we are blessed to have you in our lives! “
WHAT THE HELL!!! How embarrassing!!! THE DISRESPECT!!!!
I called the owner back immediately I was sent to voicemail. I receive a call back two hours later. She’s going to say to me, “ I just want to let you know that it was a mistake on the card. The other order called me to let me know. Next time I’ll make sure the cards are correct” NEXT TIME !?!? The fact that you think that I will spend another dollar at your business.
The poor birthday girl got a condolences card. And my family got a happy birthday card!

I live in AZ, and ordered a delivery in CA. I expected the arrangement to not be exactly the picture but pretty similar. That unfortunately was NOT the case. The arrangement style was different, the bow on the vase was completely different, and all the flowers were browning. Lovely flowers, I always make sure to order from here because I love the prompt service and the flowers always look fresh and smell wonderful. The only thing I was disappointed this time is that the arrangement I ordered was missing the heart shape balloon. I know it’s a small detail but it totally makes a difference when you receive it on such a special date. Hopefully this mistake won’t happen again.

Last minute birthday flowers!! I found Rubi's via Goggle. The prices were on point and website easy to use. Picked a beautiful bouquet of red roses mixed with white lilies, placed the order for same day delivery and waited for the phone call and pictures....Bravo, the flowers were gorgeous and mom was very happy! I order the flowers on Monday(10/19/20)afternoon through their website so the flowers could be delivered the next(10/20/20) day for my parent birthday. Didn’t hear anything at 3pm so I called, they were waiting for some flowers. Reassured me they would be delivered that day. At 7pm still didn’t hear anything from family or florist. Call florist at 7pm & 7:20 pm got an answer, they were backed up and they were finally delivering (7:35pm). Family sent me pictures, not what I order, called back shop. They were friend and tried to help but I was already disappointed with the whole handling of my order. They made it sound that they were going to make it better, idk. We will see.

Ordered some flowers for my grandmother and was able to have a beautiful arrangement delivered the same day. My only complaint, and I’m really nitpicking here, is how late in the evening they got delivered. Given the time I placed my order my expectation was a delivery no later than 6pm. The flowers arrived closer to 9, kind of late for a 94 year old woman. But, as I said, I’m just nitpicking. The flowers are beautiful and I am very happy. Thank you!

Very disappointed since I paid extra to add more flowers & the arrangement looked the same size as the basic arrangement, but missing some flowers that were pictured. I understand that flowers are always more expensive when you have them delivered, but I've bought the same arrangement they sent for 14.99 at local flower shops and I paid over $70 for this arrangement for the recipient to send me a picture and not only were they not what I expected, but some flowers were damaged as well. It's my fault for using them again, since I used them 3 times before and I had the same issue with one of the deliveries, where the flowers were crushed & broken on one side as if the vase fell or was sat on. I even tried to contact the business by emailing them and I never received a response. I will have to look for another flower shop.

On my order I request for my arrangement to be delivered by 3pm since it was my daughters birthday and I have having them delivered to her job and was leaving early. I called at 12:30pm to follow up on my order, the lady on the phone couldn’t find my order and just kept giggling on the phone with another lady. After a while she found my order and said it wasn’t ready but would make it a have it delivered by 1:00-1:30pm, she assured me it would be delivered at that time and didn’t have to worry about it getting there after 3pm. After 2pm I called the shop several times and no one answered. My daughter ended up leaving work at 3:30pm just as the flower were arriving. I feel that the level of customer service was bad and not professional, I wish they would’ve answered my call or at least notified me that they were running late. I will not be using their services again.

No deceptive tactics, great quality here! Before I found this place, two other flower shops threw monkey wrenches at me as I was checking out ( a hidden service fee of 20.00 and 30.00 dollars on top of tax, and the delivery fee so the total was a lot!!!). The flowers were purchased for a person who had a mild stroke. Upon delivery, access to her apartment was difficult and the delivery person called my phone number and we worked through the problem. I live in the UK and my girlfriend lives in LA, I ordered these and on the notes I put a contact number if there were going to be any issues with the delivery date etc.
I never received any contact so I ended up getting a frient to contact the store for me who lives local only to find out they were not going to be delivered on time and they would be delivered the following day (the day after my girlfriends birthday).
So once that was dealt with we had to change the delivery address to a retail store for a place of work. The flowers were delivered to the wrong store, the store next door brought the flowers in to my girlfriends store and asked for her (name of the small business size card)
I opted for a birthday card size letter and this was not given either.
On top of all of this I paid extra for the premium option and received less sunflowers than pictured in the standard sunflower love heart package.
So upon my girlfriend contacting the store for me, she was told 'well other stores charge more for this'.
They then agreed 2 weeks later to refund $25 but this took between 10-14 days to be processed / received.
Unfortunately it was a poor customer experience for such a simple transaction.
- lack of communication (a simple text stating due to mothers day sunflower stock was low and it can be there the following day or we can refund would have been great)
- delivering to the right address would have been a nice gesture
- getting what I paid for is usually whats expected from a customer
- if issuing a refund, you shouldn't have to chase for it.

I was somewhat hesitant to order flowers online. With most of the businesses closing because of the Coronavirus, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleased with the flowers that were delivered to my best friend on her birthday. Two hours after ordering them online, they were delivered to her house. Definitely not a good experience. The flowers delivered were far from the one pictured. The one delivered was missing the babys breath and was not arranged like the one in the photo. Spoke to someone and they said they would be willing to deliver a new bouquet with the baby’s breath or provide me with a discount. I asked if it was possible to get it delivered the same day since it was Valentines but if not, the discount would be fine.

What i got was a little smaller then I thought would be..there were less flowers then what is pictured above ... there were no lavenders the flowers instead they used flowers that looked like the ones you would find on side of road with pedals missing.. some roses have little cuts on them.. wish I could share picture.. I ordered my mom some flowers on May 9 to get delivered May 10th at my moms work for Mother’s Day. My mom never received her flowers so I called the shop.They informed me that the driver couldn’t find the location and they didn’t bother to call me to notify me this. The driver called me to say he was at the funeral home but they needed to know who they for, the church service was starting in 25 minutes not too far away, the driver called me for the address and said he would deliver them asap.
