We are disappointed to hear your comments regarding this order. Our designers prepared the arrangement fresh and in accordance with the description provided. As stated clearly in our website policy, substitutions are sometimes necessary when certain flowers are not in season, but the value, style, and color palette of the arrangement are always maintained.
While your order was completed within those policies, we will still be issuing you a full refund as a courtesy. It is not necessary to file a dispute with your bank—we have customer service specifically to resolve any concerns directly and efficiently. Going through your bank only delays the process for both sides, whereas we are fully capable of handling these matters promptly.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
