Lakewood Heights developed in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, influenced by the extension of streetcar lines along Jonesboro Road and the establishment of the General Motors Lakewood Assembly Plant.These developments spurred residential and commercial growth, shaping the community's character .A notable feature of Lakewood Heights is South-View Cemetery, established in 1886 as Atlanta's first Black-owned cemetery.Founded by formerly enslaved individuals, it provided a dignified resting place for African Americans during a time when segregation denied them such rights . Royal Petals ATL is the birth of a movement to color and revitalize spirit through botanical and floral enhancement. Our focal florals are designed to illuminate diversity in blooms while inspiring an appreciation of the variations in the world around us.
Dedicated to creative endeavor and service, this is the best little flower and garden shop in Southwest Atlanta.The shop features ATL-inspired designs for any occasion. We serve Weddings, Memorial services, corporate, civic and private events.
Our gardening team specializes in garden design for commercial and residential properties. We offer Custom seasonal planters, fountains and garden accessories.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
