Hello,
My grandkids from Ohio saw the pillow insert online and wanted one for their PopPop so I ordered it online and asked for the color change and it came out beautiful.( white with orange) I just wanted to thank you!!!
It’s rare these days that you get that kind of customer service. Especially right after the Valentine rush. Most florist didn’t even want the order.

It was my niece/ Goddaughter's birthday. She didn't want or need anything, but I wanted her to know she's thought of with love. I purchased the premium dozen wrapped roses any color, they were red as you can see. Although those pictured are technically not hers, they looked identical with the only real difference being the paper, which was beautiful. She received them within 2 hrs of my online purchase. Great experience! Placed my order on line and received a call from the florist immediately after, to let me know that the arrangement would be slightly different as they didn't have on-hand the exact container pictured, which I was totally fine with. The arrangement was delivered on time, as promised, and was absolutely beautiful, even though slightly different than pictured on line. You can tell that this florist puts great thought into their arrangements.

Excellent service and genuine care! I placed an order to be delivered at my mom’s gravesite for her birthday. I ordered a bouquet of flowers online at 11:00 pm to be placed at a grave for a graveside service at Rose Hills in Whitter, CA the next day by 1:00 pm.

Ordering online was easy. Called the next morning to ensure delivery time, as there isn’t a way to select/confirm time of delivery, staff was very nice and deliver was not only time but early even. The theme and style was overall what I ordered however without measurements listed online, you’re pretty much ordering blind. Ordered the pure heart and was embarrassed by the size. which was their standard size. I would not recommend ordering online or at least until they put measurements on their site for reference. How else is one to know. The easel was a lot smaller than pictured as well, looked a lot closer to the ground than what’s advertised online.
