I had put in an order to be delivered to my children’s teachers on the last day of school as a thank you for all they had done the school year. I then called the store to make sure they would be delivered before the kids left since it was a half day, and they did explain that there were other orders they had to fulfill and said they would do everything they could to get the arrangements there in time. I was so happy when I got the email stating they were delivered before the kids got out! Thank you very much! Both teachers loved them!

We don't have control of the size of the spray roses from the wholesaler and how old they are we receive flowers daily. They were new to our shop that day with it being summer our wholesalers have a tendency to hold flowers and they are not at there freshest quality when we receive them. I feel I paid more than what I got. I paid for the deluxe. The arrangement shows 2 white roses I received a different large flower to take up the space of 2 roses. I should have been notified if substitutions had to be made and had a discounted price. Had no choice but to take had same day memorial service.

The designer added 1 additional white rose than pictured as well she added 1 white lily even though the arrangement did not call for it. We always add additional flowers than the picture shows to make sure we please our customers. I wish you would have told us when you picked this up at our shop and we would have taken out the additional flowers if you did not like the arrangement and arranged it the way you would have liked. We always go that extra mile to please our customers. I hope you are a continued customer of ours and we are very sorry that this happened and hope you continue to due business with us.

This is a wonderful florist. Online ordering was super easy and there were many selections to choose from. A substitution of flowers was necessary because of availability and the staff member who contacted us was extremely pleasant and polite. The flowers arrived as promised and were fresh and beautiful. Rosemary's made this difficult time of bereavement less painful because of their caring service. Thank you.

My order couldn't be delivered the day I wanted so I was called to see if it was ok to deliver the next day. I did not have a problem with that. Unfortunately unbeknownst to me the flower wasn't going to be delivered until that following day (two days past original date). Having the order delivered yet another day late was bad enough, but not being notified until after the face was unacceptable. Thankfully my friend was available that day to receive it. For the cost of the one poinsettia the service should've been better especially since I initially gave a favorable review.

Disappointing because the flowers that were sent was not what we paid $80.00 for. It was not very colorful and hardly any of these flowers were in the bunch. There was more greenery than flowers. The flowers looked nothing at all like the picture and the price I paid. They added one rose which was brown around the edges instead of several different flowers found in this picture. I will personally never order from here again due to being ripped off.

I will say that the flower shop contacted me and let me know those flowers weren’t in season and could make me something else. Had lots of baby’s breath something that was not at all in the image and not something I like at all which is why I went with this particular arrangement. Very little roses at all and mostly red and these half red half white carnations that were also not pictured. Pretty disappointed. The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the picture, they had mainly pink carnations, greenery and very very little white wihich was replaced with more carnations. They could have used daisies or something else to add a different flower. The flowers were $10 more than through Teleflora which I must be confused because I thought Rosemary's was part of the Telefloro service. I Paid 54.99 for the flowers before delivery and tax.

I am sorry this happened but we are here to accommodate our customers. As us being a Teleflora Florist we can set our own prices and with the COVID-19 we have had to increase some of our prices. As for the arrangement we did a similar arrangement and we have a blog on our website about having to substitute flowers due to COVID-19. When we have to substitute flowers we do make a bigger arrangement and we add additional flowers also. Again we are sorry that this happened but we do try to accommodate the customer.

Sorry to say, but disappointed. I wrote out my order and talked on phone that I wanted a very fall color and manly bouquet. Dark vase, basket, or even a pumpkin vase. I placed an on-line order from California to be delivered to my step-mom in Maryland. I waited a bit too late, which resulted in a projected delivery date of the Monday after Mother's Day. I was so grateful that Rosemary's stepped up and made me look like a thoughtful step-son, and not the procrastinating jerk I really was! I cannot thank them enough. Rosemary Florist did an amazing job and they were so fast. They delivered a beautiful bouquet of white and pink roses to my mother whom had recently had a knee replacement. The balloon and chocolates were a lovely touch as well. I highly recommend this florist

Our friends sent us a picture of the arrangement. We were very disappointed with the one sent to them! It looked nothing like the picture of the arrangement which came to total of $84.00. The picture we chose had a significant number of beautiful roses. The one you sent looked mostly like a filler of white field flowers. If you can't supply the flowers and vase similar to what people choose, then you should notify them. We will be very hesitant to make a purchase with your business in the future!

Hello Nina,
We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the arrangement that you ordered. You are correct that we failed to call you about substitutions. When you called us we explained to you why we had to substitute some of the flowers. And Due to it being same day delivery unfortunately we did not have the coral spray roses or wax flower. so instead we used white spray roses and monti. The spray roses pictured in the bouquet are shown open. We did fill it with extra spray roses and the same amount of roses that it calls for.
We do appreciate your feedback and are always working on
improvements.

Long stem roses are the thing for birthdays or anniversaries. These were all in perfect condition and arranged just right, my wife loved them. Rosemary's does a great job with all aspects of flowers which is why I have been buying from them since the 90's. Another job well done and thanks!

I traveled from California to Hagerstown, MD, to attend the funeral of a young loved one and had no idea where to order the flowers from. Chose Rosemary's Florist at random.

The arrangement was exactly as described on-line. The flowers were fresh and vibrant, the size was acceptable for the price indicated, and it arrived on time.

Very please with this florist and recommend her for one's needs for any occasion.

When I ordered this I was expecting it to be pink but when it arrived it was purple. My daughters favorite color is purple so she absolutely loved it. The flowers that were in the arrangement were a beautiful shade of purple an made the arrangement stand out.
