At Rosebay Florist and Candle, we love anything that is handmade. We give care and love to each of the beautiful handmade bouquet and arrangement for any occasion. Our love for scented candles had led us to create our own. We handcraft each candle at our store, from picking and creating some of the scents ourselves. We are family-owned business. And we are proud to offer fresh cut flowers and handmade scented candles in Los Angeles.

We are sorry to see your review on 10/28/24 stating that our flowers were dying when picked up. Based on your review, we assure that we use fresh flowers in each order.
As you mentioned tint roses were used in our exchange email, we never used tint roses in our shop unless requested by customers. The shade of roses are varies, depends on season, and availability. Natural white roses with a shade of green were used in your bouquet.
After we talked on the phone, due to the 10 days between you picked up order to when we received your feedback, we can only offered a discount on future order but you insisted on a refund instead.
We thank you for your order and appreciate your feedback, we will add more informations on our website to prevent confusions and meet more expectations in the future.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
