We make it simple for you to find the perfect flower arrangement, beautiful and lasting plants, and fun gifts. Rose Shop is a direct importer of a large variety of Ecuadorian roses from Award-Winning quality farms, which translates to cheaper and affordable, longer-lasting, higher quality and more beautiful flowers.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (612) 788-2328, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (612) 788-2328 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I wanted a local florist in the NE part of Minneapolis and after some research found Rose Shop MN. The Pretty Pumpkin Petals was the exact look I wanted for a friend's birthday and after she texted me a photo of the arrangement she received, it was perfect and matched the colors and flower choices of the photo on the website.
My friend was thrilled with the arrangement and to be able to place an order and have it delivered within about 3 hours, was the best.
She was in Minneapolis and I am in San Antonio.

My friend received the bouquet I ordered from the Rose Shop on the scheduled delivery date, and sent me a picture of the bouquet. It looked exactly like the advertised photo and it was beautiful! I never heard of the Rose Shop before I began searching for florists in NE Minneapolis. They are definitely the most reasonably priced and have the most beautiful flowers I've ever ordered. The Flowers arrived in-tact and on time.
However, the arrangement itself felt very small- smaller than what is in this photo.
Not only that, but several of the small blue flowers were already dead, brown and floppy. My mom said she loved them, but I could tell she didn't think much of it. I can't blame her.
For around 100$I expected at least a full and healthy vase of cut flowers. Mom deserved better.

The roses were twice the size of normal roses, and they even opened up, which they hardly ever do on other arrangements I’ve ordered. Everything was so fresh, and they were beautiful.

The flowers were great and pickup was easy, but purchasing from this store has caused a terrible problem - I am now receiving monthly spam emails originating from Rose Shop MN claiming I've made purchases through PayPal for various expensive consumer electronic items. The biggest issue is that Rose Shop has sold or otherwise shared my name, phone number, paypal account, and home address.
Whether this was a malicious act of selling personal information or a lack of proper payment security leading to a third party intercepting my information, this ship has put my financial information at risk.

Overall, I like the roses. I was expecting more blue roses following the price I had chosen. To better the shop, I would like their customer service to be more professional, especially when customers come in to pick up their orders. At least ask if they need assistance or are here for pick-up. I waited 5-7 minutes for the workers at the back desks to check and see if I needed help with anything, but no one asked me for assistance. I don't think I will return to this shop, but hopefully, they will consider changing after reading this review.

I was disappointed in the basket arrangement for my stepfathers funeral. I also requested a “great grandfather” ribbon be placed in the arrangement. I expected the “deluxe” upgrade to be a real upgrade. I shudder to think how small a regular arrangement would have been. Disappointed in $75 arrangement

It looks nice but there are only 5 lillies while there are 9 roses. Roses were not listed in the description, which was one of the reasons I picked this selection. With a name like Stargazer Garden, I would assume there would be more lillies. Again, it looks nice, just not what I expected.

I was very disappointed. I paid top dollar for what I thought was a top quality product. The roses were good, but unfortunately, the filler items smelled so bad that they stunk up the room, we had to immediately to dispose of that filler and the smell eventually went away. The roses are still nice.

My sister liked it so I guess that's all that matters. I don't like red Roses and it was very full of them from the pic she texted me. I thought it looked like a valentine bouquet instead of Christmas. It was missing the silver & gold balls too. Tough to tell what you're getting when ordering from a distance
