Lily, our owner, has always recognized how flowers have the incredible ability to bring happiness and positivity to any occasion. For over four years, she has prioritized ensuring every customer is able to feel the joy in each and every arrangement. Lily comes from a working-class family where she learned how to work hard to achieve her goals. After discovering her adoration for flowers, she set her mind to become a florist and to eventually have a flower shop of her own. Family is extremely important to her, so she made sure Rose Cottage was a family owned business. She strives to establish an organic environment of likeminded people who have the same love for flowers, and believe in their power to brighten someone's day. Her favorite part of being a florist is seeing customers satisfied with her work, as she is passionate about capturing the beauty of each individual flower in every one of her arrangements.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (608) 842-2280, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (608) 842-2280 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

While some blooms are sent slightly closed so they can open beautifully at home, they should absolutely not wilt within 36 hours. This is not our usual standard. Please reach out to us directly with your order details, and we’ll gladly make this right for you.

|This year I was disappointed in the bouquet. Overall still pretty, but it appeared several days past peak, with some wilting. A few flowers could be removed already.
I still gave Rose Gardens 4 stars. The presentation was still beautiful, my wife was touched by them, and they are brightening my house as we speak. They have always done very well, and as the fruit shop owner stated on Seinfeld, Rose Gardens doesn’t make the flowers, God makes the flowers

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
