I ordered the Pine-nata arrangements specifically due to the unique flowers in the holiday arrangement included orchids, tulips, and gladiolus. I asked for a picture to be sent to me and confirmed delivery. I did not get the flower arrangement advertised, it was roses and stargazer lilies. It looked like a Costco flower arrangement. I paid extra for the “upgrade” as well. I did not receive a picture or confirmation text. I called and left a message asking about the change in flower choice and the lesser expensive flowers used, but never received a call, text, or email back. I do not recommend this florist for delivery.

The flowers arrived a day after the birthday celebration, which was really unfortunate - because the flowers themselves were BEAUTIFUL. I found Rose City Floral and especially Valerie, hope I got your name right, extremely helpful during a difficult time. The "Floral Rain" memorial spray was spectacular, much more beautiful than pictures. The flowers were fresh and an extra strength stand was used to hold this heavy yet gorgeous arrangement. I appreciated the kind notice from Rose City that the memorial spray was hand delivered. I thought everything that Rose City did was kind and caring. It wasn't delivered until 1pm on December 30th at the burial site after funeral service. This is not acceptable because I have no use for it. I asked for the designer's choice(custom Bouquet). It really looked like flowers had just been thrown in a vase with no rhyme or reason. To top it off 2 large stems of gladiola were extending at least a foot past the rest of the bouquet. For $100 I was at least expecting something more cohesive. I sent it to a friend who was recovering from surgery to brighten the room up, at least he got a good laugh. I won't order from here again. On the up side, the flowers seemed fresh.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
