ABOUT THE OWNER
Amanda Lynn Salta
Amanda, born and raised in the Lakes Region, launched Rooted and Grounded in May of 2023. Her mission was to bring the beauty and elegance of unique blooms to daily florals. Weddings are her passion due to the beauty behind each and ever couples unique floral vision. But why is it so hard to find some of these unique blooms in daily floral orders? This lack in the local industry sparked a dream to bring these unique blooms to your table for any event, big or small. Amanda has a deep love for flowers and feels as though they should encompass their natural beauty - she loves to arrange in an organic whimsical style, similar to the way that flowers are in nature. Rooted and Grounded was a passion planted in her heart by god to show people love, compassion, and beauty through flowers. She truly believes there is so much more to the arranging and gifting of flowers than we may at first think. Amanda hopes that this love is portrayed through every arrangement.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (603) 619-5143, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (603) 619-5143 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Everything about this flower delivery was excellent, starting with the phone call. The flower arrangement was so perfect and gorgeous. Some unique flowers I have never seen before too! What a great florist! Amanda is very kind and wrote a nice email to me confirming the flowers I had ordered. The flowers were on time and beautiful, my wife loved them. She also works with a local bakery to provide macaroon cookies, which is so much more unique than marked up cheap boxed chocolates other florists provide. Great experience! The flowers are beautiful, but I was disappointed the flowers were left on my mother-in-laws porch when they weren't home. I'm not sure what time they were delivered, but she didn't get home until after 8pm last night and it was cold out.
The same thing happened with my dish garden from Katie Searle a couple of months ago. It was left on my front steps and I didn't know it was there.

The flowers from Heaven Scent were magnificent! Not only were the flowers full and gorgeous, but the vines, ferns, bows and real white birch tree vase used to create this arrangement turned these flowers into a piece of art. Read the fine print,, I spent 200 bucks on fake flowers!! I was pissed!! I thought it was going to be a real nice bouquet of flowers,,and they were silk instead! Not what I wanted! And I paid extra to have them on a special time!! And they were 3 hrs late !! But I did call to find out where the flowers were, and they refunded my money!! I probably won’t buy flowers there again

The young lady who delivered these was so nice! The flowers were perfect, just as pictured and the teddy bear was adorable! Usually stuffed animals ordered online are pretty sad looking...this one was so cute! I would have picked it if I had gone into the shop!

I am from Cape Cod and had to send a sympathy arrangement to a friend in Laconia. Heaven Scent Design came up third of fourth in the google listing and had no reviews. I clicked on the website, even though I was hesitant with no reviews, and was blow away by how simple and well laid out the site was. Of course I had called because I had not looked any further into the site yet and was greeted by a very nice answering machine. After I left a message I referred back to the site and realized that I could choose, order, pay and ship all from the site! Once my order was placed, which was incredibly easy, I had a received a call back from a very nice women, not sure of her name as I am terrible with names, she was returning my call from earlier. I told her I had placed my order online and was very pleased with how simple her site was. She confirmed she had received my order and informed me that the arrangement would be just slightly different because tulips were not in season. I let her know that was not a problem and that the arrangement was for a male friend of ours if she could keep that in mind and maybe make it a little more "manly" she told me not a problem. I am very very happy with my experience with Heaven Scent Design and will be looking for any excuse to send flowers to friends up that way. Thank you !!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
