I highly recommend the Rockwood Flower Shop for your floral needs! I used this business to send a floral arrangement to a very special 95 yr old over 800 miles away. Online ordering was seamless. I included a note with a request which was more than fulfilled. Additionally, I was sent pictures of the arrangement once it was composed and then notified when it was delivered. I’ve also heard from the recipient’s family that the arrangement is beautiful and well received. To be quite honest it didn’t look anything like what I ordered. The bouquet I ordered had roses in it in the pictures. There were no roses in the order that was in the funeral home. I offense but I was highly disappointed

I explained that I would substitute the arrrangement with something more suitable for a funeral at your request. Order a upgraded Becky bouquet. They Didn’t have the Lily’s. Ok I understand. Talked to lady on phone to figure out something else. Felt she was super short. Sent me a pick I called to ask if that was the upgraded version seeing that’s what I paid for originally and she was short again. I deal with customer service so I just left it alone. I won’t be coming back though. Not a good experience for a first time customer.

Dear Shannon, I remember receiving this order the same day as you wanted it delivered. I Sent an email and personally called you to explain that I did not have some of these flowers. I offered you other flowers that could be used in place of and offered you the yellow roses you asked for instead of white. I also said that we could just cancel the order if you did not want the subs. You chose to keep order. We also attended the funeral of Mr. Arquette, and the flowers were to value and beautiful. I'm sorry that you felt I was short with you. You kept asking if the flowers that i used were of same value and because you ordered standard and I did not have exactly what you ordered we upgraded with high end flowers to make up what we did not have and still get it over there in plenty of time. I'm trying to understand why you felt to give a bad review instead of calling us back. We sent you a picture so that you could see we used more flowers than what was on web site. We also used the yellow because you wanted the school colors. I looked up your order and you ordered the standard option not the deluxe or premium. Again I am very sorry for the misunderstanding and sorry you felt that way.

I absolutely loved my experience with Rockwood Flower Shop. After I checked prices for a national broker, I decided to search for a florist in the vicinity of the recipient. I ordered same day delivery and some of the flowers in the original image were not available so they contacted me to tell me what was out of stock and ideas they had to replace, which I really appreciated. I also really love that they send you a picture of the actual arrangement before it is sent out. I believe the price point for flowers is very reasonable, especially with their level of customer service. Other places you spend the same price and get half the arrangement or just a lot of filler flowers. Overall this is a really great flower shop and I highly recommend!

I ordered an arrangement from out of state for a friend in your delivery area. I didn't have my friend's phone number, so I used my own as the contact number. The day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I got a call from the delivery person, saying my friend wasn't at home, and she didn't want to leave the flowers in the 95 degree heat. She went above and beyond to try to find my friend. Long story short, I left a message for my friend to call the florist the next morning about getting her flowers. She was really happy with the arrangement, and I was very impressed by how much effort the shop went to, to try to deliver the flowers. I would definitely use them again. This place is AMAZING!!!! I live in Arizona, but my girlfriend lives in Rockwood right now. I would normally get her flowers personally so this was the first time I ever had to get the delivered. It is freezing outside in Michigan right now and I also figured that since it was Valentine's Day, there was a chance my flowers might not get delivered on time. They were right on time and she LOVES THEM! The quality of the flowers was awesome and she really liked that they put a faint amount of glitter on the flowers. These flowers were horrible. They looked ragged, small and old from the time of delivery. The roses never opened up because within days they were dry and done even though they were watered. I have purchased from here before and have never had an issue. Always compliments on the flowers, this time was horrible and very disappointing. They also were delivered to the credit union at 5:20 PM. They close at 5. There just happened to be 2 women there in the parking lot still thankfully.

The bouquet I paid for was $95. It was supposed to be mostly light pink roses and a few other light pink flowers. The actual bouquet had a lot of dark pink CARNATIONS instead of the roses. No where in this bouquet arrangement are there carnations let alone dark pink anything. Chose this flower shop because it was in the same town as the funeral. Very disappointing. Won’t use them again. Would rather go to Sam’s Club, make my own arrangement, deliver it and save a ton of money.

Your order was different shades of pinks for sure. Here is the description- As strong as it is soft, the color pink as it is featured here creates a loving and utterly feminine tribute. Many shades of pink blossoms blend together for an effect that is beautifully subtle and sublime.
So we did just that by adding the different tones.

We used more greens to give it a larger look because it was being sent to a funeral home.
Your order was asked to be upgraded to deluxe, that is why you received more flowers and more greens, to cover the cost of the upgrade.

To Respond to your question that was added on your order form. (Your question did you really have to charge a delivery fee after how expensive the flowers are and how close you are to this funeral home? ) Yes we do, the delivery fee is for gas, maintenance and to pay the carrier.

The flowers received were a little disappointing for the price paid. I understood they may not be exact to the picture, but the replacements for the big yellow lilies were not adequate, especially for a $60 bouquet.

The arrangement is amazing!! It looked exactly like the photo. Most of the flowers were in peak bloom with a few waiting to open up and it will be blooming and beautiful through the holidays! This is the fourth arrangement I have bought from Rockwood Flower Shop and they have all exceeded my expectations!! I contacted Rockwood Flower Shop not only because they were close to the funeral home the arrangement needed to go to but I had used them several years back for my daughter's wedding.
