About the Shop
I am a certified florist trained at the Career Floral Design Institute in Bellevue, Washington, with years of experience with a wide variety of upscale floral designs. I am a professionally trained florist, and you will find in me a freedom of design not always found in chain store or "Garden Variety" flower shops!
I inherited my Love of Flowers and all things garden related from my mother and grandmother, both prolific gardeners. My grandmother initiated the "Wedding Guild" at a large Southern California church, while my mother was an event organizer. Inbred in me is the energy to embrace and celebrate design, dĂ©cor and organization for what I like to call "floral events".Â
Favorite Nickname: "Artsy Fartsy Nature Friend"
I deliver to La Conner, Anacortes, Oak Harbor and Whidbey Island. Also other areas if requested!
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
