I received a photo of the arrangement sent to Lou Anne. It looked nothing like this arrangement, it was small with an overabundance of greens. I was honestly a bit embarassed about it.
You did use some purples which I appreciated. I didn't see a bird placed in the arrangement as I requested. Overall I was disappointed at what I paid over $100 for.

Of course I'm so sorry you were unhappy with this order. I'm embarrassed that you thought it was too small for what you paid. Let me assure you, I never have and never will go below dollar value of any order. I always fill them up with the cost of what is expected, and usually people get more than they paid for. I'm sorry if it didn't look like that to you. Secondly, there was absolutely no lighter colored pastel flowers to include in this from what i had on hand, or from my vendor on that day, except for some old roses which wouldn't have lasted long enough to make me happy. I bought a blend of flowers that was similar but because there were no light colored flowers in the arrangements it didn't balance out I suppose.
However it turned out I was extremely happy with the way it looks because there was a very subtle blend of colors which went very very well together. Please know that I was not at all unhappy with this arrangement. However with the cost of flowers what it is, I can understand that you might feel unhappy. At one other time, I have had similar results, with a customer feeling that what I had to offer was not near what they saw in this photograph. I'm thinking I'll remove it from my offerings and find another way to offer a pastel arrangement.
As florists, we sometimes make substitutions and it's not always what people think. In the future, if I have an arrangement from yourself I will make sure and show you a picture before I send it out so that you can approve it.
And please forgive me I have never had anybody request a bird on an arrangement and that's not something I normally offer. I will take that into consideration.
I will give you a discount off of your arrangement when I at my office later today.

I reached out to Robin personally to express the details and requests that I wanted prepared for my purchase. The arrangement that Robin put together herself definitely exceeded my expectations! It was a wedding gift and she made sure it didn't look generic and she added seasonal flowers with all the colors, bells and whistles! She was very friendly and personable and I will definitely purchase orders from her again!

I loved this style but didn’t want the candles or lilies. Robin called me to find exactly what I was looking for and she worked with me to make my perfect bouquet. I loved her suggestions and it made the centerpiece unique. Will be using her in the future.
