I have been really satisfied over the years however the $50 arrangement yesterday was disappointing. I believe it had 4 carnations, some white daisies, a little alstroemeria and some small yellow flowers that also looked like a daisy of some sort. I understand and appreciate that the cost of everything has gone up however I thought it was important to let you know how I felt about it.

As a long time customer we understand your frustration. We are equally frustrated with the inflation. Unfortunately a $50.00 arrangement is equal to our $40-$45 from a year ago. This is due to every component going up in cost from the vase, the greens, and each individual flower. Satisfaction has always been our #1 priority. The only multi color that you might be referring to is the natural variation a living plant will have as it matures and develops from shades of green to white to pink.

I am in Wisconsin and had an arrangement that had to go to someone in CT. Not sure of many of the details of the person I was sending the arrangement to I placed the order. The card was a get well card and that was all they knew about me or the recipient. When delivered there were no lights on and no answer - storms were heading into CT and Pam from Roaring Oaks gave me a call to see if they should go back and get the arrangement. They did and good thing -he did not get home from the hospital until the next day. There was much contact between Pam and myself. She was professional and very caring. I would definitely over and over use this Florist wish they were in Wisconsin! Unfortunately, the text I included for her card was edited without consultation before printing. Line spacing was removed and punctuation was added to the effect of upsetting a rhyming couplet. Keep in mind that your message may not fare as well as the flowers!

I did not see the arrangement, but I heard it was beautiful. Thank you to Terrence who called with questions regarding my order. Apparently some other flowers had to be substituted due to a lack of pink flowers available. I told him that I'm sure whatever was substituted along with the pink flowers he had would be fine. I was absolutely amazed by the fantastic service of Roaring Oaks Florist! I picked a simple arrangement for my grandmother who lives in a different state and within 3 hours of ordering the flowers it was at her door step and she was sending me pictures. I personally have not seen the arrangement that I had sent to my Mother-in-law, but I did hear how beautiful it was! I was happy to receive a phone call from Ashley (the delivery girl) at the time she was delivering the arrangement to be sure she had the correct address as the house was not properly marked. We discussed where it was & some viable markings so she was sure she had the right place! I like that -- when it doubt, check it out!! I did business with this florist last year & the results were the same -- outstanding!!
