The birthday cake arrangement was beautiful and a wonderful surprise for my sister! The flowers are so fresh and the colors of the cake’s layers are gorgeous. I currently reside in AZ and received news about a NJ neighbor passing. So i placed an online order but there was a technical issue. I reached out and spoke with Donna. She patiently listened, she looked into the issue, and took my order. She assured me that the order would be made and delivered on the same day. She provided me with her direct contact info and followed up with a call when the order arrived/received at the home. The flowers/arraignment were beautiful and timing excellent like the customer service.

This was my first time ordering flowers and leaving a review on a purchase. I’m very disappointed in the order. The delivery was amazing which is why I gave 2 stars. Ordered and delivered within 2 hours of each other. But then that says a lot about the order. I know pictures don’t always look like what you order. But this was shocking . It looked thrown together. And if they had different sizes based on price it should have been mentioned with maybe adding what size is shown in the picture. I try to support local but I will never be ordering anything again.

The arrangement is beautiful. It was delivered with care, and the woman that delivered it was a sweetheart. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the ceramic container that the flowers were in was a little dusty. I gave it a quick wipe down and it was good as new. Overall very pleased!

The order I received was not at all what I ordered. I ordered the flowers above and got only roses and babies breath. I wish I could have gotten a notice that you were running low on flowers, or a partial refund/credit because those were not what I paid for.

I was very pleased with the selection & price range of the flower arrangements when choosing to purchase flowers from Riverview Florist for delivery to Gaita funeral home. I received a follow up email to notify me that the flowers were hand delivered & I was even more pleased to know that they had been delivered on time prior to the 1st viewing. I would definitely recommend this florist for ease of ordering & professionalism. I was unable to attend so I cannot attest to the condition of the arrangement, but I'm confident they were as pictured.

The flower was nice, but the card was awful and customer service was poor. I had formatted the card a particular way, and the final preview showed it this way. My confirmation email also showed it this way. When it arrived to my fiancé (who’s is an editor, go figure) the format was awful. There was no spacing. 2-3 words at a time were jumbled together with no spaces and it was hardly readable. I wish I could upload the pictures. I had sent ricerview the images and they responded that’s how it came. So I showed them my confirmation email, and screenshots of me doing a mock order. They never got back to me. Quality flowers, but will never use again.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
