A bit about us- Located in Riverhead, New York, we are centrally located between the twin forks of Long Island. During the growing season, our field is bursting with flowers that reflect the culture of the farm. Our studios specialize in custom work as we are intent on creating the perfect flower designs for you. Our team strives to bring you the most beautiful blooms we can find, in season from our gardens or locally sourced whenever possible. We will create the perfect floral design whether you take them home to enjoy or send to a loved one, we are here to help!

When I looked up your online order, I noticed it was the "Heavenly hydrangea" which is a blue and white design. Our website does not offer alternative color palettes on specific orders unless it is added in the "notes" area of the order. There was not a special note on the order for a color change, so unless you called the shop to switch up the color, it would be designed per the recipe in the photo. Our apologies for any misunderstanding and again we appreciate your shopping local. Have an amazing day!

Hi Edwin, Thanks for reaching out about your order. Our apologies for any mix up on this delivery as you had inadvertently put your name and phone number as the recipient in the order. As my driver had contacted your number actually 2 times while he was on the premises, you had confirmed it was the correct address and so he had left the flowers with a very sweet person. Unfortunately there was a language barrier and the person could not confirm nor deny she was the recipient. While we were only advised by this review that the flowers were not left with the correct recipient, we contacted you on the next business day to redeliver a new floral piece to the actual original recipient. While you gave us a different recipient and different address, we trust our actions showed good faith and rectified the situation for you in a positive light! Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
