Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

The bouquet is absolutely gorgeous! After I ordered this "Basket of Blooms," I had sent an additional request for some Baby's Breath to be added to the arrangement. I received a timely response that it would not be a problem. I couldn't have been more pleased with the final arrangement that was delivered. It was perfect. I purchased the upgraded version of the basic (pictured) item. What a poor product. The upgraded version had fewer flowers and looked very poorly arranged. Not happy at all for a purchase of over 100.00. UPDATE: I was immediately contacted and a rectification was agreed to. Due to this customer service, I have increased my review by a star. Even taking into consideration the seasonal availability of flowers, I think this arrangement could have mirrored what was advertised. I placed an order with another company, feeling confident that there was plenty of time before Mother’s Day for it to be filled on time. Late afternoon on Friday before Mother’s Day, I get an email from the other company that they are not going to be delivering my order until Monday or Tuesday AFTER Mother’s Day! No good!! the flowers were very nice and the recipient did appreciate them, but when I saw a picture of the flowers during a facetime call it was VERY DISAPPOINTING to see how small/little it was compared to a price of $65 plus delivery cost. I understand the charge for delivery, but for $65 I expect a WOW bouquet of flowers. I will not order again. Michael

There were no white flowers and red were far between. I hate the pattern florists follow with funeral flowers from folks out of state. What you don’t realize is, the family grieving closest to to the event, will report back to the giver. You should be ashamed. The only thing that got you two stars was that

I ordered (and received) a beautiful arrangement for my daughters 18th birthday. The florist called to discuss color options (I had ordered on line). I have been using Risher Van Horn as my florist ever since I moved to Collegeville. They have always come through with beautiful bouquets for dance recitals and plays. For Christmas, I sent this arrangement to my mother-in-law as she is not a fan of the ordinary cut flower arrangements. She absolutely loved the arrangement and was so excited to describe to me and her son every little detail.
