Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (314) 588-8420, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

The delivery person was outstanding & kind. The quality of the flowers was very good and they arrived perfectly on time. The size was a decent value for the price paid. But, the flowers looked nothing like the ones I ordered from the website (pink perfection). I know they have a right to substitute but in this case so many substitutions caused a different character/shape/color profile. One large carnation that should have been pink was white with the tips looking like it was dipped in red (to me a very cheap looking flower). The actual bouquet had white stalk flowers, which change the shape of the bouquet.

Highly recommend. I called the florist directly to place the order for Designers Choice. I have learned over the years that Designers Choice is usually the best & most cost-effective route. Smaller florists love the creativity and personalization. They were sympathy flowers & I know the recipient really appreciated the extra kindness.

Riley Florist was out of the particular flowers I ordered, and they wouldn’t have any more until after the delivery date. So they called me, offered to replace those with other blooms and guaranteed it would be pretty. They knocked it out of the park! The new bouquet was bright and cheerful and arrived right on time! I ordered the "pink perfection" bouquet for a friend. I live out of town and picked the florist closest to my friend's home and with excellent reviews. Riley's Florist did such an amazing job. I did ask for as many purple flowers, as this is my friend's favorite color. Even though it was called the "pink perfection" they did as I asked and the bouquet was GORGEOUS! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with the brightest smile. You would think we were regular customers, based off of the warm and energetic hello we received, but that was actually our first time. I try to be conscious on where I spend my money and who I am spending it with, and had literally walked out of two stores earlier that day, due to poor customer service. The amazing customer service we received here was refreshing. We truly felt welcomed. I ordered the tulips bouquet but a random one was sent, not very pretty at all, some green flowers. I called and was told to send them a picture so they could see and they agreed it was wrong and said it was the wrong delivery but it had my card on it. They sent a corrected one and took the wrong one back. The new bouquet did not look like the picture, it had probably half the tulips in the picture. Cost $70.00

I placed two orders to be delivered on the same day to two different locations. I specifically asked for the roses to be fresh and tight. Instead they were fully bloomed and open wide. Although the arrangement was delivered on time, I was disappointed that my request was not honored. I live in Colorado. Have a family member in the hospital is STL. I usually use Dierbergs florist yet they could not deliver same day, Sunday. So I looked online & found Rileys.
I spoke with Robert. I told him what I wanted in the arrangement. He sent me pictures of the final arrangement, and when I was unsure of the delivery, he called the driver while I was on the phone with him verifying they were delivered and whom the flowers were dropped off to.
Robert went above & beyond, reassuring I was taken care of. I appreciated the photos and him calling the driver. I will definitely use Rileys again.

Riley’s always does a great job but this they went above and beyond. I ordered flowers for a Friday pickup but was suddenly called out of town unable to pick my order up. I called and apologized profusely. They were great and said it wasn’t a problem. I was able to pick up a fresh bouquet on Monday at no additional charge. Thank you to Riley's Florist for the absolutely beautiful and unique arrangements for our Rehearsal Dinner at a local restaurant. Every arrangement was gorgeous and long-lasting, and extra instructions to leave packing/delivery materials for us were followed as requested which really helped us break down the set-up after the event and successfully transport the arrangements home so that they could be enjoyed even longer! We also loved the loose stems to be wrapped in each napkin with our place settings. Riley’s has ALWAYS delivered over the past couple of years when I was in a crunch. I work downtown St. Louis and forgot I needed flowers for my daughter’s occasion when she was in high school. I started to panic and then ran into Riley’s from a search on my phone, and 7 minutes from my job mind you. I called, told them what I was looking for and they were able to put it together for me by the time I got off. Now fast forward 5yrs later, my son & baby of the bunch had homecoming this weekend. We completely forgot about getting a corsage for his girlfriend. I again went into panic mode because it was Friday & homecoming was Saturday. Start calling around from work again and could not find anything!! Riley’s popped into my mind so I called them. I told the gentleman over the phone the colors and what I was looking for. I was going in blind so all I could do was pray it turned out nice at this point. They had it ready by noon Saturday and it was beautiful! My son’s girlfriend loved it! I will never forget about Riley’s again and will make them my go to for all of our floral needs. I thank you all again very much!!! And they are vey nice people too!!

The flowers were amazing. There was a bit of an issue with the original delivery to the hospital and my wife didn't receive them there. I honestly believe someone stole them and it probably wasn't the delivery drivers fault at all, but in any case, Rileys had no problem going above and beyond to make sure the roses were delivered to her at home the very next day. And even added a couple additional things to the order to spruce them up for her, as a way of making up for the late delivery. I will certainly be using Raley's florist again, the next time I decide to send my wife flowers.

Specifically ordered a bouquet of tulips for my mom for Mother’s Day, as tulips are her favorite flower. The day before Mother’s Day, I got a notification saying that tulips never arrived to the florist, and then an alternate bouquet would be made instead. I would have ordered from another location or just put together a bouquet myself if I knew that would be the case. I recognize that these things can’t always be predicted, but it would have been nice to at least offer a partial refund or some kind of compensation. The bouquet was still nice, just not what I specifically paid for. Probably won’t order from here again.

Riley's Florist has wonderful customer service! I live out of the area and had ordered flowers for delivery to a St. Louis Children's hospital. Immediately upon placing the online order I received a phone call and they let me know that the hospital did not allow flowers and offered alternatives with balloons and stuffed animals. It was delivered that day and was a great treat for my nephew recovering from surgery. Thank you Riley's and I highly recommend for local and out of town orders!

Two small issues. First, I wish there was tracking available for your order. I had to call many times to get through to someone to make sure that they went out. Second, the lilies on the arrangement my wife got were not the same color as what was pictured. The picture showed white lilies and the ones we got were pink. Not the end of the world but when I'm paying $300 for some flowers, it would be nice if I got what I ordered because I had picked that arrangement specifically because they were white and red. Our wedding colors.

Hi, The substitutions did not make the arrangement look as beautiful as the original. The Gerber daisies were too large and the roses were white, so the bouquet was not what I ordered and wanted. It would have been better without the large Gerber daisies. I spent over an hour searching for the best florist with an original lovely arrangement rather than go in with Teleflora. The arrangement was well done; It would have been better without the large Gerber daisies.

I have to say the best outcome I could’ve experienced as far as getting my flowers delivered to my Mother on Mother’s Day. There were a few bumps in the road that delayed the delivery to my mother’s job but after everything got figured out the guy that I was dealing with still offered to deliver to her residence and threw in an extra dozen. The flowers themself were very nice, but the picture is incredibly misleading as that was not the color scheme I received. It was an all white bouquet, which was still very pretty. But the real reason why I am only giving them 1 star, would have to be the lack of response. I submitted my order and on the email confirmation I was told to call to see when they would be ready. I probably called 12 times and I never was able to get someone to pick up. Now had the email confirmation given me a time range then I’d be fine. But the fact I was told to call, and then after I did a dozen times throughout the day with no response I was frustrated. I found that to be incredibly poor, and I will not purchase from them again for that reason.

What a great experience getting 100 BEAUTIFUL roses delivered on Valentines Day!! These flowers were for a 75th birthday which happened to fall on the busiest day for flower deliveries. Riley's came through in a big way. At the last minute (Feb 13th), I searched and searched everywhere for a florist willing to deliver on Valentines Day. Riley's had a bouquet of 100 long stem roses and the birthday girl was absolutely thrilled when they arrived! Riley's did a great job with a contact-less delivery - and notified the contact person as I instructed. The birthday girl said the quality of the roses was the best she's ever seen in all her 75 years. Too often, the selection on Valentine's Day is pretty bad, with browning, wilting blooms - but not these!! Just look at the picture. Great work Riley and team!! I'm now a lifelong customer.

I ordered online ( Very clear cut and easy process) and got an email saying they would have to make some substitutions.
The final product did not look like the photo (for one thing the lilies were white, not stargazers, but for a sympathy arrangement they were a very appropriate substitution); HOWEVER, it is absolutely gorgeous! The card is large and on heavy stock and I was able to write a much longer message than on the traditional little florist shop card, which they printed on the card - very classy. Delivered same day for a reasonable fee. No contact delivery ( the driver called and said he was pulling up. I opened the door and he set it just inside.
***My only suggestion would be to add a place in the online ordering system for a driver tip. I may have missed it, but I did not see one, and ordered with a company cc so had no cash so the wonderful driver got stiffed. :(

My sister had flowers delivered to me and Riley’s had a lot of trouble finding my home... There are only 3 houses on the block...I also decided to have flowers delivered to my aunt the same day. I ordered around 1pm and the flowers did not make it to her home until 7pm (an hour after the shop closed), there was no way to track the flowers, so unfortunately I had to keep calling for updates. They were very pleasant over the phone however a woman said she would call me back and never did. Overall the experience was very unprofessional and nerve-wracking 2/5.

I am sorry but this is not what we got. I was so upset when she sent me a picture I spent $85 to get a round bowl with the beautiful vines...I got a tall clear vase with sparse vines and the Calla Lilies were in a cluster with baby's breath which to me cheapened this look. The only reason I gave a three is because my mom was happy to have gotten them and I appreciated the call stating it was delivered. I wish that when you can't provide the exact product, you would call and let us know before completing the order.

I wish I could upload a picture of what was received versus what I order . It wasn’t even close. I ordered a hanging basket overflowing with flower g plants - what we got: a sitting wooden basket with plants (mostly not flowering) in plastic store containers just stuck in the basket I messaged them with photos & nothing was done. I tried calling and no one answers or calls me back. Huge disappointment.

This arrangement was beautiful even though there were some issues with a few of the stems, which was not the florists fault. We contacted the florist and they worked with us towards a resolution. What was delivered was 2 hanging baskets with ugly wire hangers. I could have purchased for about $15.00 - $20.00 each I paid $123 dollars. I was embarrassed when I saw them and knew what I paid. I expected so much more from Riley’s!! I will not use them again!

I had requested 'cat-safe' flowers if substitutions needed to be made and that is what was delivered. Well the delivered flowers was dark pink with dark green leaves, and did not translate the feeling of wedding at all. I was even given a curtesy call from a sales associate letting me know they were out of white hydrangeas but they would substitute with roses. Arrangement turned out ok. I live in Chicago and purchased the premium arrangement for my mom in the hospital. Definitely did not look as nice as the picture. Seems like a misleading trend with online ordering from flower shops. I assumed with the premium arrangement, there would be more flowers overall. Instead it seems there was 1 giant hydrangea and a few additional flowers. Again, not near as nice as the picture. When I pay for the premium, I expect closer to what is pictured. I also assumed ordering from a small business would lead to better results.

As I live in a state that is far distanced from the deceased, in Missouri. I have not seen the delivered floral; the funeral is today, (Monday) but I will eventually hear from the Stagg's family members. I received an urgent call on Saturday, telling me that the florist was out of the ordered plant and to call back. Upon awakening, I did, and was told the funeral home asked for a Monday delivery. Upon calling the funeral home, I discovered that was untruthful information; I thought the flower designer could have been more truthful by merely saying the delivery would be delayed until more plants arrived on Monday. Why should he place the blame on the funeral home?

I ordered a beautiful arrangement of sunflowers and orange/yellow roses for my moms birthday. What she received looked like the murder scene of all the McDonalds mascots. I WISH I could upload a photo. Scott said the sunflowers they received this morning were in really bad shape so they replaced them... not only were there no sunflowers, but the remainder of the arrangement was completely different as well. He also told me that I should’ve received a substitution email this morning at 7am. I ordered the flowers at 10am. I will NEVER order from Riley’s again.

While the flowers in the arrangement that was actually delivered were very similar to the picture, I was disappointed that the vase was just a clear vase, not frosted like in the descriptive picture and there also was no ribbon tied around the vase as in the descriptive picture. I thought the vase and ribbon gave the arrangement elegance that was missing in the actual delivery. As usual, the $70 final cost for a small arrangement (after tax and delivery costs) is always a shock when compared to equally beautiful arrangements at Wegman's (in NJ) for $25.

What is pictured and what was delivered are not even remotely close to the same bouquet. Paid for the premium arrangement and got a mumbo jumbo mess of flowers. Our friend still liked them so that was at least good, but I was extremely disappointed with the pictures I received of her gift. I guess I should have picked a less complicated arrangement.

I was very dissatisfied with the appearance of the arrangement. The flowers were accurate as to what was shown, however, the stems were left too long and the flowers dropped over to the side leaving a big gap in the middle. It was very amateurish in arrangement and I could have done a better job at home. This was my first time using this florist and I won’t return. It should never have been allowed to leave the shop looking the way it did.

I spent $55.00 plus $15.00 delivery and the arrangement was in a Mason type jar and to make it worse there were fake leaves incorporated into the arrangement. The floral arrangement that my mother in law received looked NOTHING like the contemporary, clustered image shown here. It contained KALE, lilies, and turkish carnations (ALL NOT PICTURED). There were ABSOLUTELY NO roses or hydrangea utilized at all. The only thing they did add were a few (like two) tulips (not even parrot or fringed like shown) and a couple of phalaenopsis orchids. The arrangement was poorly constructed and not at all what I ordered. These people should be ashamed of what they produced for the cost of what I paid for this piece. I understand some flowers are seasonal and sometimes must be supplemented; however, roses and hydrangea are pretty standard and accessible even in your local supermarket. There is simply no excuse for what the recipient received.

This was an awful experience! I paid $87 for you to deliver my 70 year old mother dead and wilting flowers on Mother's Day! I even upgraded the bouquet. She sent me a photo of the bouquet that arrived and I was appalled. At least 1/3 of the flowers were dead and completely wilting and already losing petals! In addition, the bouquet looked nothing like what is pictured here. You filled it in using cheap flowers. Please reimburse me or deliver my mom a new bouquet of fresh flowers that is valued at the $87 I paid.

I live in Indiana and my mother in-law lives in Missouri. She was very ill and hospitalized. I couldn't make it there so I used Riley's to send her flowers and a card. She was soooooo happy. She said the flowers were very beautiful and she was very pleased with the card. She asked how was I able to find a card that had such touching words in it. I told her the company allowed me to type what I wanted written in the card. It really brought her spirits up. It was all at a reasonable price. A small amount to pay to brighten a loved ones day. Especially when you can't be there but need to make your presence known. I will definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

I initially ordered from here because the site offered free delivery. Naturally they don't deliver everywhere for free, so make sure your area is included. Don't be like me. Lol. I missed that my area wasnt included and sent an angry email. I realize now that it was my fault for not noticing the shipping charge. I really thought that a little more effort would go into the presentation of this arrangement. There were a good bunch of flowers, but they were just tossed into a cheap vase with no ribbons or anything. You would think for $100 dollars plus $12.88 shipping, this would have been a pretty special looking piece of work. The money for this was donated by people that were originally donating for this person's last chance to go to the beach. The purple was for pancreatic cancer awareness. She would not have wanted traditional funeral flowers. Please take this as constructive criticism and not just an angry letter.

Just wondering if it is common practice for your delivery person to just leave the item on the front porch if no one is home to receive it? That's what happened to my order. A text was sent to the recipient telling her that the flowers were left on her front porch. Everything worked out because she was able to leave work and go get them. Would it not have made sense to call her and ask if this was acceptable or possibly deliver to another location which, just happened to be a block away?

I ordered the flowers through Riley's website; which I thought looked very nice! I ordered them for a friend who just had a baby and was returning home with her new daughter that day. So the date was important to me! Soon after I received a text saying they were running low on flowers and wondered if it would be ok if they made some adjustments. The text explained the arrangement would instead have 5 sunflowers, and then the other flowers you see in the photo. I asked more questions and the only reply I received was a "yes" then later assurance that it would be exquisite; every after I asked for further explanation that I could be assured she'd be received what I actually payed for. I went ahead with it because the date was so important to me. My friend received the flowers later that day and sent me a photo to thank me . The arrangement looked like a much lesser version of the photo of what I ordered, let alone the "deluxe" that I paid to upgrade to. I still certainly appreciated that they did same day delivery, I just feel that I did not receive the appropriate amount of customer service nor product for what I paid.

I ordered on line and the website was easy enough to use. I thought prices were high, but because it was a local florist I decided to go ahead and spend a little extra. I went through the checkout process and all seemed well. The day the flowers were to be delivered I received a phone call saying that the zip codes had been confused so I owed a delivery fee. Now, yes, the mistake was mine, however the website had let it go through successfully. So, possibly a computer glitch that needs to be looked into by whoever runs this website. When I had mentioned that I wouldn't have gone ahead with the order because of the added expense, the person I was speaking to made the statement, 'well, you put the wrong zip code in, so that's really on you.' I immediately followed with, 'How rude could you possibly be?' I was appalled. What terrible customer service. He then went on to say he had the flu and blamed his obnoxious comment on his taking a bunch of nyquil. He then went on to ask for my 14.95 saying again how the mistake was mine. I said I understood that and was getting my card, but went on to express the disappointment in a local business such as theirs. I would never recommend or use them again. First of all I must say thank you so much. I live in Texas and the flowers I ordered were for a friend of mine I had just discovered had surgery. It is very hard to get to the ones you love so being able to send something to show you are thinking of them was the most we could do. The recipients of the flowers told me they were beautiful so I am assuming they were but what I loved the most was that he got them the same day. If I ever need flowers again in your area you will be who I go through.

The florist made sure my delivery was sent ontime. He even added a few more flowers to make the arrangement fuller. Although, I was disappointed that there wasn't any wicker in the bowl as shown in the picture. That was the main reason why I chose that arrangement.

Great experience! I ordered my fiancé flowers to her office which is down the road from Riley's and when she informed me, the morning of the delivery, that she was working from home, I panicked. I wanted what was in the picture but just more flowers to make it look more grand and that is why I upgraded the arrangement. The florist called me and said they needed to switch out the vase because it would not hold as many flowers and I said that is fine. My sister receive the arrangement and sent me a photo of it. It looked nothing like the photo, yes it had more flowers but not any of the flowers I wanted. It looked like a completely different arrangement! I called back the florist to tell him about it and just said I wanted it to look beautiful and was not getting my point that those flowers were not what I wanted. Clearly he was not listening to me. Yes pretty arrangement but not good customer service if its not what I wanted.

Completely different from what I ordered (not only in quality or the size, but also the flowers delivered have a different color theme, they are completely different flowers and definitely not the deluxe arrangement that I paid extra for.). My note was cut off, so the recipient could not figure out that I sent the flowers. Worst experience - never again.

Not a great experience at all. The website showed that the flowers would be delivered on the same day, and they were not delivered until the following day. To me, this is inaccurate information, and will not be using this florist anymore. If you say that you will deliver it on the same day, then please deliver it on the same day. That's the ONLY reason why I chose you. Unfortunately, you failed on me.

Was supposed to be free delivery, charged $12.99, was told it would be credited by one person then told they can't credit the delivery charge, and it's only free if the delivery is within 5 miles of the store. Maybe it should say that somewhere. And if an employee of the company tells you to expect a credit, you should receive one.

Worst experience with a florist. The gentleman was rude from the time he took my order on the phone and made a bouquet I did not ask for. He refused to give me the money back even though it states they have a money back guarantee and I called the day my mother received the flowers. Horrible place with rude people and I will never return.

For mothers day, I ordered flowers and a teddy bear online. According to my mother, the delivery man was extremely friendly, and even with it being mothers day, and my mother living 30 minutes away from the florist, the flowers arrived just before noon. The only reason I selected three stars is because my wife loved the flowers. The arrangement was beautiful, but it was not what I ordered. I ordered the Purple Flowers arrangement and what was delivered was vastly different. Secondly, my delivery date was missed. I order well in advance, but the delivery was not made until late in the afternoon and my wife left her office before the delivery arrived, if it arrived at all. It was very nice of you to deliver them to my house, but I ordered from you specifically so that they would be delivered to my wife's place of work. This is my second order from Rileys. So far we are one-for-two in this relationship. I will order from Rileys again, but if there are any issues, I will find another florist.

That was very considerate of her, and I wish I could remember her name. When I asked whether the flowers would be delivered that day, she smiled (over the phone) and said, simply, "Of course." The flowers received looked nothing like the arrangement ordered from the website. The featured boquet had yellow roses, all-red carnations, gerber daisies and pretty purple flowers. What was received had 1 pink rose, yellow carnations, red/white blended carnations and many "filler" flowers that did not resemble the cute bouquet online whatsoever. The recipient loves the flowers, but they simply are not what was ordered. The bouquet should resemble what's advertised, or the shop should alert the customer of changes beforehand!

I am extremely disappointed in the service and delivery. I went for this florist bc it seemed to be individually owned. It was free same day delivery, however apparently I took longer than the 4 minutes I had and was then charged delivery. I immediately replied asking for refund and haven't heard back in 6 days. Two days after they were delivered the daisies and smaller flowers were already wilted. I hoped this would be great experience so I could become a loyal florist.

The arrangement received was nothing like what I ordered. I did read the disclaimer that flowers might vary slightly depending on seasonal availability and circumstances, but I also was promised something with a similar overall feel and higher quality if a replacement was needed. Instead of a wildflower arrangment, I got a mix of two peachy orange roses, a bunch of carnations, and mismatched greenery. Truly disappointing, and not appropriate for the occasion.

I am so disappointed. I went on the internet to find a reliable local florist. I loved the picture of an arrangement called "Happy Days". It had a unique rectangular vase, filled, asymmetrically with neutral flowers with a cool plaid ribbon tied around the vase.
Want was sent is in no way close. Daisies died in purple and yellow, regular cylindrical vase. It was in no way worth $69.99.

It was my wife's birthday. I just wanted to do something little to get her off my case about "always forgetting our important anniversaries". So, I thought a nice, middle-of-the-road bouquet of roses from Rileys with same day delivery would do the trick. WRONG! They did too good of a job! The roses were way too fresh, the arrangement looked way better than the online photo, and NOW the she is trying to show me her appreciation in a way that has NOTHING to do with flowers. Oh, bother! If I could leave no stars I would because this experience has been no experience what so ever! I ordered flowers almost 3 days ago and have been promised each day they would be delivered and now it's going on the 4 th day and still know one knows why my flowers for my parents Anniversary are not being delivered. On top of the Riley's who sent my order to another florist they have a contract with was very careless we can refund you but it doesn't correct the problem and they pretty much just didn't care. I've had to call them 3 time each time them telling me someone would call me but know one ever did! It's really disappointing when you order flowers which is a special service industry and know one seems to care that they know have ruined a gift that was for a special event! I too work in a service industry WEDDINGS! And let me say if I didn't show up for a person special day I wouldn't have the business I have and be #1 in STL!
