I selected the premium spray. The flowers were fresh and pretty. The arrangement was not full as described/ pictured. It was also smaller. It would of been a perfect arrangement if it was fuller with added ribbon which was not an option.

I ordered the purple tulips. I received a message after the fact that white was being substituted. I would have changed the order if I had known that. I sent the purple because that was the person's favorite color. I did receive a text and email that it had been substituted but wasn't give an option to ask for something different. I won't order here again.
I used the offer feature (pay what you want) on the website and for $75 I got a sizable, very meticulously-organized arrangement, vase included. Even got SAME DAY delivery!

My tulips didn’t look healthy at all the evening of delivery when I got home from work that evening. By the next morning one tulip head had broken & was hanging down. The rest of them look unhealthy. They’ve never opened up & look like they’re dieing 4 days later. And it didn’t look at all what I purchased online. I’m so mad, never doing business there again!
Rey Bethea florist did a great job. The arrangement was received on time and looked almost exactly as shown in the picture. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. They were ordered only 2 days before delivery date and there were no issues at all. Will be using this florist again.

Order this arrangement for my wife to celebrate the 19-year anniversary of her mom becoming an angel. The colors weren't available, and they called right away to let me know some options. Communication was awesome the entire time. I asked the florist just to pick something that would look great, and they certainly did! I will most definitely be returning again and again. We ordered 2 arrangements and one was really beautiful but the other one ended up with an other type of container. I understand sometimes vases / containers might need to be substituted due to low stock, however maybe just a plain clear vase would have been better. The service was very good. We chose to pick up our flowers and the ladies were very nice. We will probably keep using Rey Bethea Florist.

The picture on the website looks nothing like what was sent. The flowers are not soft- what I would consider funeral like. The basket looked cheap. This was for a special friend, and certainly did not look like an arrangement that cost $150. So disappointed! I definitely think this should be addressed by a manager. I can send you a picture of what was delivered if needed.

During pickup, staff were confused and couldn’t find my pickup. They finally found it, but flowers were wilted, broken, or not yet bloomed. Arrangement came with the incorrect note card as well.
My wife loved the roses. So I’ll definitely will order more and different ones in the future..
The plant looks nothing like the photo
Unfortunately, I was unable to attend Robert’s service and didn’t get to see the Spathiphyllum I purchased.
In the past, when ordering from another florist, I received an emailed photo of my exact arrangement. I was in hopes that would be the case through Rey Bethea.
In addition, I received the delivery notice past the service time and therefore can not be sure it arrived on time. I do, however, appreciate you following up by requesting my opinion. Thank you

This was a “just because” bouquet sent to a friend who has been through a lot recently. Rea Bethea did a beautiful job of customizing my selection with additional fragrant flowers and my friend was thrilled. I always enjoy going to the store to order gifts in person as I like to see the birds, however, this time I ordered by website and the results were spectacular. The staff always make me feel special and have treated each order as though it were being done for someone who was a special person to them. You cannot go wrong with Rea Bethea!!

I bought a flower arrangement, the next day I received a totally different flower arrangement, I went to the store to ask them what had happened and they told me that they had run out of flowers and that's why I had so few flowers and they couldn't give me the one I bought online, so I decided to return it and they told me that the money would be returned to me in a few days.
The flowers I ordered for my mother-in-law’s funeral came as pictured and were delivered early/on time. I was very pleased. My mother used the same floral shop and she was pleased with her order too.

the "Rays Of Light Spray" was just so beautiful, the colors were gorgeous, it was so much more than I expected. Even when I expected to see many different colors, the spray was mostly a red and white beautiful mix of flowers, large and small and of course the fragrance was awesome!
Our friend, who lost her husband, really loved the flowers and was so thankful for the arrangement, the colors and our thoughts.

The arrangement was nice but not what I ordered. I wanted what was in the picture but instead I got a brown round wicker basket.
Although I appreciate the last minute accommodation of my order the wreath was not as pretty as the picture. Was not as full and did not have the dark greenery for contrast. The arrangement my daughter ordered for the funeral at the last minute however was gorgeous.

Great arrangement you have always surpassed my expectations.
I ordered this the day before the service and rec'd confirmation that it was delivered. The day after I rec'd a phone call, late morning, that they did not have a hydrangea to deliver. I told the caller I had gotten a confirmation the day before that it was delivered. She told me that was a mistake and that she could not deliver the hydrangea and asked if they could send another plant or flower, since I didn't have time to call another florist I agreed. I ask her to send me a picture of what they were sending since I was not attending the out of town service. She said she would. I have not rec'd confirmation or a picture of what they sent, if they did. I just wonder what my $75 bought.

The flowers did not look the like picture. It was all nothing but yellow flowers. I will never buy flowers or do business with them this is the second time they messed up my order. It was not with my money. I will make sure I do not reference no one there.

I wish the picture would have been more accurate for my option :( I understand it was because I selected the lowest price tag option but the flowers came looking about 40% like the photo. The bunch has a lot of dark green pieces (and dark ish pink pieces) in it which was a little disappointing whereas it looks really lighthearted and fun in the photo. I originally brought the flowers to cheer myself up after something sad happened to me.
Delivered the flowers in a timely manner.
The floral arrangement was absolutely beyond what I had expected in it's beauty. It was a truly 5-star arrangement.
However, the accompanying hand written card was truly a big disappointment in that was barely decipherable. Very unprofessional!

The florist was extremely helpful in assisting us and answering questions regarding an assortment of flowers and was transparent about the process. Ordered these for my 93 year old aunt that fell and cracked several ribs. She had to go into a rehabilitation facility. She loved these flowers! I love that I received a notification when they had been delivered. I highly recommend Ray Bethea Florist. I have used them for many years!

I was not impressed. I ordered this beautiful bouquet for my parents 61st wedding anniversary. Had the arrangement looked like this picture I would have been happy. The arrangement sorta looked like this but not. Rey Bethea Florist has always been a favorite of my mom and the only reason why I ordered from here. The arrangement my father bought at a local grocery store by far was better than the arrangement from here. The carnations on the first day of delivery 4 to 5 had to be removed because they were dead. Day two of the arrangement looked even worse.
I'm sorry but I will not order from here again.

These flowers were nothing like the picture. I purchased the premium of these flowers and with delivery and tax came out to $111 and some change. The roses were Browning on some of the edges and some of the carnations were too. I could see some of the stems Browning which shows me some of the flowers used were not fresh. I've ordered multiple bouquets in my day...but I have never been that disappointed in presentation. I had people chip in for these flowers and we all were shocked that these 100% did not resemble the picture. I've gotten way bigger and better bouquets for that much money. That was basic bouquet I could have done better myself.
Sent my sister some flowers and she loved them! Did the whole order online in the morning and by mid afternoon she had already received them. Great service! Great products!
I would give a minus 5 if that were an option. NOTHING in the description of this arrangement says it is poisonous to cats. It was delivered to a home with 3 cats. One of them ate some of it. That cat is now in vet emergency care. So far the cost has been $1800.00, and it's not over yet. Sure makes for an expensive expression of sympathy.

first off - Thank you for delivering these as quickly as you did. Your service was very speedy and these were there before family arrived for viewing. The flowers appear to be same as reviewed and your follow up on the order receipt and delivery has been excellent.
The only issue we had is we would have preferred that the card on the flowers would have been typed as was shown on your confirmation to us cause that would have looked much better than the handwritten card.

I am not positive that my flowers were even delivered. I saw nothing at the funeral home or at the church that had the banner that I specifically requested go across the front of the arrangement. I will wait to see if I receive a note from the family.
Last minute! They suprised her with a great bouquet. She loved them. I actually got a phone call from the florist who was as sweet as can be. There was a mistake on the date, but when I asked if they could manage my delivery on Valentine's Day, they did not hesitate. The phone call in the first place, was simply to let me know the bouquet had been built, and looked amazing. What a small but amazing gesture.

In the future please do not send an email stating the flowers have been delivered, when in fact you just left a notice on the door that you attempted to deliver the flowers.
You should inform the client that an attempt was made for delivery and the flowers will be delivered the next day.

The pictures show all the flowers in full bloom. All the way open. The flowers will bloom open and the arrangement will look like the one on the internet. We like to make and send the arrangements out so that they have several days of life still in them. Otherwise it would be dead in just 1 day. I ordered "Thoughts of You" bouquet online which pictured 3 roses as "standard." I wanted more flowers so I paid for the Deluxe upgrade, which states that it will come with more flowers. Delivered was the ugliest bouquet I've ever seen, it was sloppy, and looked rushed and did not mimic the vibrancy as pictured. The leaves were drooping down, very aesthetically unpleasing! The card was in a specific font online, so I was under the impression that it would be a printed card, but it was hand written and sloppy, and illegible!! I called back and asked about the upgrade, how it mentioned flowers, plural, while I only received one extra rose, a total of 4. Then she argued with me instead of trying to compromise, and blamed me for not calling in the order. Whether I call or order online, I'm still paying for the exact same order so why would I get more for calling, and this is not stated anywhere on the website. After calling back, still unsatisfied, she finally offers to bring more roses, and she does..leaving me with the statement "we've been in business for 75 years." Well then, in my opinion, you should know better! You had ONE JOB, to deliver a beautiful flower arrangement. If you wouldn't be satisfied with the delivery yourself, then don't deliver it!
Very pleased with my overall experience. I placed an online order before business hours, and the beautiful arrangement was delivered by early afternoon. I received an order confirmation as well as a delivery confirmation. I will definitely be using Rey Bethea Florist again!

I was appalled and embarrassed today when I arrived at the funeral home and saw funeral spray that I ordered for my cousin. The gladiolas were sticks of greenery sticking out with no flowers blooming or even showing color. When I contacted the florist on Monday to ensure my on-line order had been received, I was told the gladiolas were tight and they were letting them open up before taking to the funeral home for the Monday night viewing. These flowers will not open for the next 2 weeks if ever!!! I spent over $140 on a worthless arrangement of green spikes. Never ever use this florist!!!!!
Looks nothing like what I ordered. Very disappointed. Definitely not worth the 75.00 dollars it cost. I will think twice before I use your florist again. I have done business with Rey Bethea for over 30 years and definitely not the quality I have seen in the past

The picture of the Coca Cola can is actually a one time design, but not knowing that I ordered it for my husband who works at coke. Cori called and made sure I was informed of the error and created something beautiful and still coke inspired! I was more than pleased!!!!

I was very disappointed in the arrangement. The vase was clear, I expected it to be blue, and flowers were mostly white. Very little blue. Actually disappointed is not a strong enough word.

When we received the original arrangement, I was disappointed by the amount of flowers for the price. We contacted the florist and they made and delivered another beautiful arrangement. Very pleased with their customer service.

You have always exceeded our expectations. Only suggestion I have is that your delivery notification should indicate that the product is "out for delivery" unless it has actually been dropped off. (Nit-picking a bit, sorry)
