About the Shop
Rens Floral was founded in 1982 by Lisa Rohrer Rens. Lisa built the shop from the ground up starting in a local grocery store and working to where we are today. The shop was sold in 2018 to long time employee Heidi Braker. Heidi started working at Rens Floral in 1998 and has been working at the shop on and off ever since. In 2012 Heidi decided that floral design was something she wanted to pursue for the long term and joined the staff at Rens full time. The transition from employee to owner was a natural step with the extensive experience and training that Heidi has received under Lisa's direction. At Rens Floral, we love to craft unique, beautiful arrangements with great character. Stems are chosen at the peak of freshness with a long lasting, high quality bouquet as our goal. Fun, unique, up to date, funky, timeless, and beautiful are all qualities of our floral style. We love to create to your ideas, so please take full advantage of the ability to contact us to customize your design! In our shop you will find gorgeous floral designs ready for purchase, as well as a fantastic selection of plants and permanent floral designs. We are located on the east side of Waupun with easy access off HWY 151. If you are in the neighborhood, please stop by!
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I found out about a cousin's funeral services the night before the funeral after 6 pm, and had to quickly find a florist to deliver before the next morning services in Waupun, but was not sure I would be able to get this done in time. I located Rens Floral on the website, placed an order, and crossed my fingers they could deliver by 9 a.m. the next day. I was pleasantly surprised to promptly receive an email confirmation of my order, and a follow up message the delivery would be made as requested on time!
