ABOUT THE STORE
Rens Floral
Rens Floral was founded in 1982 by Lisa Rohrer Rens. Lisa built the shop from the ground up starting in a local grocery store and working to where we are today. The shop was sold in 2018 to long time employee Heidi Braker. Heidi started working at Rens Floral in 1998 and has been working at the shop on and off ever since. In 2012 Heidi decided that floral design was something she wanted to pursue for the long term and joined the staff at Rens full time. The transition from employee to owner was a natural step with the extensive experience and training that Heidi has received under Lisa's direction. At Rens Floral, we love to craft unique, beautiful arrangements with great character. Stems are chosen at the peak of freshness with a long lasting, high quality bouquet as our goal. Fun, unique, up to date, funky, timeless, and beautiful are all qualities of our floral style. We love to create to your ideas, so please take full advantage of the ability to contact us to customize your design! In our shop you will find gorgeous floral designs ready for purchase, as well as a fantastic selection of plants and permanent floral designs. We are located on the east side of Waupun with easy access off HWY 151. If you are in the neighborhood, please stop by!

Heidi has been working at Rens Floral on and off for the past 20 years. The love of flowers, great design, and exceptional customer service shows in Heidi's work. In 2018 Heidi became owner of Rens Floral through the retirement of previous owner Lisa Rens.

My name on the card was wrote wrong despite me putting it the right way on my online order. The recipient didn't realize who it was due to it until another person in the home that knew I was sending them told them who it was. They all got a good laugh out of it and had to make sure to thank me by spelling my name the same way it was spelt on the card.

I found out about a cousin's funeral services the night before the funeral after 6 pm, and had to quickly find a florist to deliver before the next morning services in Waupun, but was not sure I would be able to get this done in time. I located Rens Floral on the website, placed an order, and crossed my fingers they could deliver by 9 a.m. the next day. I selected the Designer's Choice option because there weren't any arrangements on the website that stood out to me for this specific occassion. In the comments, I asked if it could possibly be a yellow and white arrangement (school colors) for graduation for my niece. We asked for a full colorful bouquet with not much greenery & had contacted Rens a few times to makesure the bouquet was to our liking & we were all disappointed having only 6 pink roses, some purple flowers, & greens all for $79. The bouquet should have been alot fuller for what we paid & were very disappointed & felt cheated & taken advantage of. We had contacted them by text & phone on 3 occassions to please add a name to the card in which they forgot to add. I had submitted an order the night before a visitation was being held (which started at 9am the next morning). I knew it was a long shot of the arrangement getting done and delivered before the visitation since the shop doesn't open until 9am. However I received a text from my friend BEFORE 9am thanking me for the flowers. I was absolutely amazed that Rens was able to fill my order in such short noticed. Except this one, I order flowers for my mom and they were delivered on Friday and by Saturday a few of them died and others bent over. The flowers my daughter bought me from Walmart lasted longer which is not normal. I ordered these cause they normally last longer since mom has not been able to have visitors thought they would cheer her up.

While it was a very beautiful arrangement (the recipient sent me a pic), it was NOT a "cube" as advertised, and to be honest it was part of the reason I picked that specific arrangement. And they called me before delivery - nothing was mentioned about changing up the vase/arrangement. It was very pretty, but disappointed it wasn't what I actually ordered.

Ordering these for a relative and don't know the town or place very well. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
