They were out of stock in what I had originally ordered, but I got a quick phone call and easy rectification. They made do with what they had on hand and honestly I thought it was even more lavish than the one I had picked out. It was very beautiful!

It's always a risk to order flowers from across the country, not knowing how it will turn out but I opted for a local florist and hoped for the best. Lucky for me, the flowers were put near the pulpit so I actually got to see them while viewing the funeral via zoom. They did not disappoint! I wasn't at the funeral to see the arrangement, but I can't say enough about Renick's. I called to double check on my order as I was worried it wouldn't make it on time and the owner (I believe) was so sweet and said she could get it done and was able deliver it over the weekend even though they are closed on the weekends and her shop had flooded. It was there a day early and even though she didn't have the exact flowers shown in the photo, she made sure it would look beautiful and bright.

When I ordered this I added a note that if the pumpkin was not available to please let me know. Well, wouldn't you know it wasn't, at least not the one shown in the picture. Linda reached out to me, sent me pictures of what she had as a replacement, and I actually liked it better!!! LOL. They messaged me to let me know that they were out of a specific flower that came in the bouquet I ordered and asked if they could substitute it with something else. I am disappointed. I placed an order online for a peace lily to be delivered to a local church for a family member's funeral. The order was placed two days before the funeral. In the special instructions area I requested the lily be delivered by 1:00pm. I received an email several hours after 1:00pm confirming the plant had been delivered. I then received a phone call saying the order had just been received and the plant had not been delivered. The plant had to be delivered to a relative's home because it did not get delivered for the funeral.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
