Regeena’s Flowers & Events
Regeena's Flowers & Events has been delivering innovative fresh flower designs since 1997. We were recently awarded the City of Hays Small Business Achievement Award for 2024 and voted Best of the Best Florist in Hays. Relocated to our new location on "The Bricks" of Downtown Hays, we pride ourselves in providing original floral designs with the highest quality flowers for everyday occasions, weddings and special events. Inside our boutique, we offer a wide selection of gifts, home accents, seasonal decor, candles, bath and body products, home fragrances, hostess gifts and anything else that we just fall in love with. We are passionate about the highest level of customer service to every customer - you can always expect to be treated with all the attention to detail that you deserve.
ABOUT THE OWNER
Norman Keller
Norman Keller has been designing in the floral business for 36+ years and has earned membership into The American Institute of Floral Designers. He accredits his attention to color and detail to his years of formal training in the arts. He treats his designs as if they were a painting or sculpture. Norman's right hand girl and wife, Sandy is the business manager/organizer of the store. Most days, you will find their four legged helpers Rylee and Pip hanging out at the store and greeting customers. Together they have a great team of associates to help out in the store and with weddings and special events.

I ordered flowers online from Regeena’s and the whole experience was so smooth! The ordering process was super easy, and what really impressed me was the communication. They sent a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered (such a nice touch), and followed up with an email once it was dropped off. I loved actually seeing what I bought and knowing for sure it made it to the right place. The follow-up emails were great too—made the whole thing feel thoughtful and professional.

My only concern was that it was not a fresh and real flower arrangement. I wasn’t paying attention to silk flowers and didn’t see they were in the are of real flowers. I misjudged. But they are very pretty.

It’s a very pretty arrangement and the recipient said she liked them. Unfortunately, I didn’t think that it resembled the flower inspiration photo I sent, which was mostly carnations and very layered with a lot of texture and height. I submitted the order request 25 days in advance so if there were any questions/concerns/availability issues, there was time to communicate and work up a different plan for the arrangement. I called the day before delivery to check in and was told the link that I submitted with my request didn’t work but no one over the course of the month had reached out to me to let me know they were having trouble with the link. (Before and after sending it, I checked that it was live and it is. I had also texted it to another person to make sure they could view it and they reported no issues with the link.) The woman on the phone was very nice and gave me a number to text the photo to. In the text I asked to please let me know if there were any questions or concerns. I didn’t hear anything back so I was surprised when the recipient texted me a photo. Again, it’s a lovely arrangement and the woman on the phone was very nice but I was disappointed because I’d ordered so far in advance to try to ensure a certain aesthetic and the flowers delivered looked very different from my request.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
