About the Shop
Regeena's Flowers & Events has been delivering innovative fresh flower designs since 1997. We were recently awarded the City of Hays Small Business Achievement Award for 2024 and voted Best of the Best Florist in Hays. Relocated to our new location on "The Bricks" of Downtown Hays, we pride ourselves in providing original floral designs with the highest quality flowers for everyday occasions, weddings and special events. Inside our boutique, we offer a wide selection of gifts, home accents, seasonal decor, candles, bath and body products, home fragrances, hostess gifts and anything else that we just fall in love with. We are passionate about the highest level of customer service to every customer - you can always expect to be treated with all the attention to detail that you deserve.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

The flower arrangement was actually more beautiful than the picture. My only concern was I had asked if it could be delivered by 11 because I wasn’t sure if the recipient was going to be there. It was delivered at 11:15. But the person happened to still be there, so all was good. Thank you! ---- Florist's Response: Thank You Betty! We were happy to help with your floral delivery - our apologies that it was a few minutes late. We try our best to fulfill all special delivery requests. We typically send a message when after the order has been delivered, but I only marked it delivered today as it is currently a crazy holiday season.
