Reema did a good job getting the flowers delivered to my husband who had to work on his birthday. However, they forgot the 6 dollar balloon that I bought to go with it.

My friend had lost her sister unexpectedly, and I wanted to encourage her to think about their happy times together, so I ordered daisies. You sent an all white funeral arrangement. The arrangement was pretty, and delivered promptly, but I was rather devastated. I wish I had not sent them at all. Please remove my phone number and email from your list for advertisements.
Terrible. the driver demanded &20 because he got lost. The flowers were from another order for mothers day and the other persons card and phone number were in the bag. They were not pink roses. The drivers number did not work and when I called Reema I can't get through, the call drops on the first ring. I suppose I am blocked.

i've ordered from them before and have really appreciated their flowers and services. However this time it was mothers day and not only did they not deliver the flowers for my mom until 6:30pm, they didn't bring the balloon and the box of chocolates that i ordered for my fathers birthday, which was also on mothers day. I was really dissppointed.

The arrangement, which was supposed to be premium, lacked the extra flowers. The arrangement did not look like the picture on their website. I will never order flowers from this florist again. I did contact them but they did not offer to correct the arrangement. I would add a photo for you to decide but no option to upload the 2pictures.

The friend I sent the flowers to was pleased, but I was NOT at all pleased. I had carefully gone through all the choices of arrangements, but the picture I received from my friend couldn't have been more different than my choice. The flowers she got were a mismatch of colors and nothing about it was arranged. I should have gone to the grocery store and bought a bouquet. At least I would have gotten sometime somewhat arranged and at a fraction of the cost. Sooooo disappointed!

I live in NY and purchased an arrangement for Mother’s Day for my mom who lives in TN. I ordered the floral arrangement online to be picked up. I asked my father in law to pick it up for me and bring it to my mom but when he came to the store he was told they didn’t have any order for him. He proceeded to call me and I spoke with someone who apparently found my order and told my father in law to wait ten minutes for it to be made. On the website, it asked if I wanted a card and what the occasion was so I chose Mother’s Day and wrote something for my mom. I was dissapointed to see that they didn’t include a Mother’s Day card but just printed a normal letter size sheet and attached it to the flowers. Additionally, picture shown on website stated floral arrengement was standard size so I decided to choose the deluxe size but was dissapointed to see that the actual arrangement my mom received wasn’t as full as the one pictured, even though I purchased the deluxe size.
Ordered flowers from Mother’s Day. I do understand that there is licence to slightly alter bouquets as need, but when they look absolutely nothing like what is advertised it feels as if you are being cheated, especially when you explicitly said to make it as close to the picture as possible. It is kind of a running joke with my mother that when I send her flowers they never end up right…guess this is just another example of that. Also, no response when I reached out to say I was unsatisfied with what was sent.

Great service! Didn't see what I was looking for on the website (flowers with chocolate), so I called and they were able to make a custom design. It turned out beautifully and the recipient was so delighted with the gift! Very pleased with the service and the floral arrangement.
Reema did a great job with a same-day delivery. The flowers were very close to the way they were described on the website. The vase was a bit too small for the arrangement, but other than that, it was fine.
The bouquet delighted my friend. It was a little different than pictured (no handle with ivy), but was tastefully and beautifully done. I like that it had more character and personalization than an arrangement from a large-scale flower delivery company, and I like supporting smaller, local florists. I'd order from Reema again. The flowers arrived at time, this is very good. But i have to say i am really disappointed unfortunately. The "card" was just a paper (?) and the font of the letters was not nice. If i knew it before i would have order somewhere else. I really think it makes so much difference if you send a real card or "just a paper".

Tulips weren’t fresh. Their blooms were already open. Flowers already began to droop. This all speaks to the poor quality of the tulips delivered and the poor condition of the tulips before delivery.
For $78 candy basket, kids threw half away. You need kid candy. Bunch of it kids won't eat.

I did reach out to Reema Floral before submitting this review, but they, unfortunately, did not reply.
The arrangement that was delivered to our dear friend was so uninspiring. The arrangement we chose was chosen because it had all of her favorite colors and items (such as the pinecones and gold leaves) and a variety of colors, that are delightful to the eye. What was delivered made me sad. Though lovely in its own right, in a very basic-subdued way, it was not what we expected or desired to show our friend love on a really difficult birthday while navigating grief.
Just a bit disappointed in the creativity and finished product, compared to what we chose and thought we were paying for. Such a bummer!

I would never order from this shop again. While the flowers were fine, the service / delivery was horrible. Flowers were to be delivered by late morning on the requested date and by mid afternoon had not arrived. When I called, I could hear my call transferred and someone said “hello?”. Not even the name of the flower shop was given! I asked if this was Reema floral and the person said “ahhh yes”. asked about the delivery and they said would be delivered sometime in the afternoon….poor communication, disappointing service. Paid extra for the delivery / flowers and even left a tip. Not again!!!!!!

I purchased a floral arrangement at the last minute for the day after Thanksgiving, and it was put together in just minutes ! The arrangement was so very pretty, and the recipient was thrilled with it ! I will use this florist again in the future.
I saw the arrangement that was delivered . I ordered the deluxe arrangement and it didn’t even look as good as the standard arrangement.
I understand that disclaimers are there for a reason and flower availability are subject to weather and supply, however the arrangement I ordered and the one delivered are two vastly different arrangements. I even left a comment stating that if subs needed to happen if the subs could be orange. The arrangement that arrived was mostly pink with orange lilys and roses. From the picture she sent me it looks like they're already fully bloomed, and not super fresh but that could be the lighting. I would have appreciated a call stating that none of the flowers were available and that they were converting it to a suppliers choice arrangement. I ordered them from California otherwise I would have just gone into the store or called but I ordered online and I should have followed up with a phone call. Also it shows online that you can add a message and you can pick from anniversary, birthday, sympathy, I assumed it would be printed on a card or something instead of a plain sheet of paper. Why even ask for a specific occasion just offer "special message"Overall she had no idea what I ordered and she liked them. I do appreciate that they were able to deliver same day. I would order again and give them another shot but I would call and ask some questions first.

Would have been a 5 star review because the speed, and beauty of the arrangement was amazing! However the delivery is where it fell off a bit, delivery driver did not follow instructions and flowers sat out in the rain and I added a 15% tip. That being said I will 100% use them again!

I ordered from Reema Floral after another florist didn’t come through on the day of delivery which had been scheduled a week prior. I scrambled to get a replacement order the same day, and Reema came through! They delivered the flowers within just a few hours and they were gorgeous. My partner and I were both very happy!

I was very pleased with my purchase of a Peace Lily. I worked Aida and she was very helpful with all of the arrangements. The Lily was delivered on time and I received a thank you note from the recipient saying how nice the plant was and how much she enjoyed it.

Got a text message response back, said they would check with driver and call me later. Then all I got was an email that the flowers were delivered at 6:29pm, left outside my wife’s work by chance?

Terrible experience. I did not receive one update of the location of the roses I ordered. I called multiple times to check the estimated time the roses were going to arrive and I was given different times each time. I work at a school so I ordered it with the hopes for it to arrive early. I let the person in-charge know the school closes at 2pm. She proceeded to tell me that the delivery was on its way. I called back and no one answered. I just got an email that the roses were delivered when in fact they were not.

I was very disappointed in my delivery. First, the photo is nothing like what was delivered. I bought the deluxe and there were only 5 roses, with two of them already wilted. Second, I called and changed the delivery address. The lady that I talked to stated it would be delivered to the correct address and it was incorrectly delivered, even after I got confirmation. I am a repeat customer and the lack of flowers in my deluxe arrangement and incorrectly delivering the flowers on Valentine's Day are unacceptable.

So disappointed after the first time I used this florist the arrangement was beautiful and the flowers lasted a bit. Arrangement still reasonably pretty but things were dying at day two and falling apart by day three. Almost a complete waste of nearly $100. Will not return.
If you were looking for a florist, I promise this is the best one! The flowers were delivered early and absolutely stunning! The chocolate covered strawberries were so yummy and presented so beautiful in a nice gold box. The customer service is absolutely top-notch, and the product is fantastic. The price point is even more fantastic and not outrageous like a lot of flower shops in Tennessee. Highly recommend!!!!

I live in SC in wanted to send a dear friend in Nashville TN flowers as she she had been very ill. I googled florist near Brentwood and Reema, was the first to pop up. I called them and the young lady was very helpful and got the flowers to my friend before the end of the business day! My friend received them and texted me letting me know she got them and that they were beautiful and they made her day and even brought her to "happy" tears! She said she felt the love! I was very disappointed with my order. I'm out of state and I used Reema Floral for delivery to a friend. They left her flowers outside her door - didn't knock or ring her bell. What I order compared to what she got was not even close. I understand they may need to substitute some things but the theme, color scheme, of what I ordered didn't come close. They state on their site flowers may be substituted but also states the theme and color will be maintained. Mine was not. I emailed them how disappointed I was and got no response. Not thrilled with using them.
The flowers basket did not looks pleasing as advertised. I chose a BROWN Teddy Bear to go with the flowers. Instead, a bright lime-green bear was sent with the order. I got no phone call, text, or e-mail to ask my prior approval. I will NOT be using this company again,
I needed to send flowers last minute to a friend, I got onto the website at 5 PM on a Wednesday night, picked out a reasonably priced bouquet and signed up for delivery. In the notes I asked to have them delivered after two because that is when she would be home from the hospital.

There was no doorbell or no knock - the flowers were just left there. In the heat you have in Nashville, I would suggest you let the person know you are dropping off flowers. Unfortunately delivered in different vase and only 15 versus 18 purchased via the website. Also already beginning to droop. May have been cut too early.
This is the second arrangement I have ordered from the website. Both arrangements did not disappoint! Great service and you get exactly what you expect.

I thought the photo of the flowers was so elegant. I upgraded the arrangement expecting to see something special but the arrangement was very small. Definitely not worth the money.
I know the flowers may not look exactly like the photo. However, we upgraded to the deluxe version and still the arrangement looked nothing like the photo. These were ordered for the funeral of a very dear friend. I was very disappointed.
On time delivery with best service
The delivery was done a day later than agreed upon and the owner called the recipient to notify her,, which took the surprise away. The flowers were NOT the same ones advertised. These roses were completely bloomed they may have the life span of 2-3 days at best, there was little to no greenery as well. For the amount I paid I expected more than a Kroger bouquet. They served their purpose but was not what I expected. Very disappointed.
The arrangement was beautiful and delivered on time! I would highly recommend and will use them again.
Apparently these were a huge hit! Beautiful colors/assortment and smelled wonderful!
Paid extra for the premium upgrade but didn’t notice any difference between what was pictured online and what was delivered. In fact the flowers started to wither the next day. Upon further inspection discovered that the orchids were just blooms taped to green sticks, no stems to keep the flowers alive. Shared how much I paid and got roasted. She figured I bought them from the grocery store.

Flowers were pretty but definitely not worth the money I spent. Also, they didn’t look as pretty asl the picture. Greenery was wilting too.

I wish what we got looked like the picture. Ours had a Birthday Balloon with it and we didn't order a Birthday Balloon. Also, the filler greenery was not what is showing and it was very witty. And, there was no nice red bow.
We are new to the area and will look around next time.
Is the length of the roses different between the deluxe and standard?

Modern class flower arrangement vase size was very small. The vase dimensions on website was 12x12 inches and I got 5x5. I ordered three different arrangements, only one worked as expected.
Cake flower arrangement is too sad to look at. I was hoping for better quality service for the price I paid. What I got is not even close to displayed picture on website.
The flowers were not handed to my wife. They were left outside of the wrong building in the sun without water for close to an hour! If it wasn't for someone, who happened to be there, noticing them, my wife would have never received them on our Anniversary. The lady I spoke with was very nice, but needs to train her delivery people. They had my wife's phone number and all he had to do was call her to find out which building she was in. I said the Club House ... he delivered to the small church in front of the Club House. I spent over $100 on these flowers. I expected it to be executed correctly. But she has the flowers and hopefully, they will last awhile.

I picked this specific arrangement because I love how modern it looks with the greens. The arrangement that was delivered to my friend was just a basic roses and greens arrangement and not the greens show in the picture. She liked them but I am disappointed.

I had just experienced a fiasco using another florist- shoddy, incorrect arrangement, no card, poor customer service, etc. Aida not only created a beautiful arrangement, she went out of her way to purchase the extra flowers to ensure it was delivered on time (with short notice).
