|I called again and was reassured that my order online would be filled and delivered. Again I was promised a call back.
I ordered on line and received confirmation of the order.
I don't believe the flowers were delivered to the funeral home.
Called again, voicemail.

Your order arrived after we were closed on Saturday afternoon. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays as the website states. Your order was for a Sunday afternoon service. We also did not have the requested flowers on hand for this order. When I contacted you, I explained the above information to you, and offered to deliver a beautiful bouquet to the family home. You decided that you didn't want to do that. The issue that you spoke with someone and was going to get a call back is a mystery as we were closed and I called you back on the next day we were open on Tuesday. I am sorry that we were not here when the order came through. We had already delivered everything for that service on Saturday.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
