We hand select the freshest product at the local floral markets daily to ensure the very best quality for you. We also frequent the local nurseries multiple times a week for our European dish gardens, orchid and succulent planters.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I sent the Anza Borrego Sunrise arrangement to my son and his wife for their 20th anniversary. it was delivered on the day requested and my daughter-in-law described it as “gorgeous” It is unique with the cactus included. I ordered this from across the country and always have concerns how what is pictured looks compared to the actual delivery. The delivered product was exactly as it had been pictured. On top of that the prices are so reasonable. I have definitely bookmarked for future use
