I am so glad the flowers were beautiful. I tried numerous times, with many phone calls, to get this order sent as pictured - in a baseball mug. This mug used to be easily available. However, when I came into the shop Friday morning, it had been rejected because the flower shop in Philadelphia did not have the container. It was for Friday delivery so I immediately tried to find another shop. Finally,at 2pm, I saw it was for a birthday on Friday, so I spoke with the original shop and they agreed to send a nice arrangement. I thought I had emailed you to explain but obviously I did not...I am sorry. I see that you live here in our local area,,,I will be contacting you later today to see if I can deliver the container to you(since we do carry it). Again, I apologize...

Time got away from me and I forgot to order Valentine’s Day flowers for my sister who goes to school in the area. On Monday evening I ordered flowers and was happy to pay the $2 up charge for them to be delivered on Valentines Day (next day) and included a tip as I knew it’s a busy holiday for florists. I only have myself to blame for ordering them so late. I received a text from my sister around 2:50 that she received the flowers, and they are GORGEOUS! The security guard on campus also said that the person who delivered the flowers was dressed impeccably (full suit/tux). Thank you for going above and beyond. The Deluxe arrangement I purchased was not satisfactory. There were too many carnations and not enough lillys or colored blue flowers. Hence Wishes in blue. Also to purchase the upgrade to Deluxe was very disappointing.

Chris - I am sorry for your disappointment. I personally did not see the arrangement before it left the store but it was designed by a long time florist here in the shop. The lilies may not have been open - it is hard to predict Mother Nature - which would have taken away from the look. It is very possible the arrangement was not upgraded as you purchased. Please call the shop and we will arrange a reimbursement. It is important to us that you receive what you paid for...

The flowers arrived early - not usually a bad thing, but there was a reason I didn't want them delivered early. However, Jaime responded to my complaint about that right away, so I was happy with the quick response and the resolution. Good customer service put that extra star back in the review.

Chris - I am sorry you were disappointed. I want you to know that baskets and all containers at this point are still difficult for us to get (at least the specific ones we want). Please be assured that though the white basket was used we upgraded the plants in it - usually 4 plants are in the basket but with this basket additional plants were added to fill to value.

Kate - I am sorry for your disappointment. An explanation should have been sent to you that day. We received the order after 12 pm for same day delivery and we only had the 10 tulips in stock - the standard is 6, the deluxe is 12. We used the 10 and also added extra stems of other flowers to fill out the arrangement. There was no vendor I could get on such short notice....I would have had to wait until Monday...BUT you should have been contacted with this. I am truly sorry. The reason I chose your business, is because I received a beautiful poinsettia plant at Christmas, it was ordered thru your business and I was so impressed with it, I knew I was going to start using you. I ordered these flowers because they looked bright and cheerful. The yellow flowers made me smile. When I received a picture of them from the person I gave them too, they were nice but lacked the brightness that I was looking for. The white daisies and yellow roses were in the arrangement but the other yellow flower in the picture wasn’t yellow, they substituted green and I feel that took away from the brightness. Also the picture shows a fuller bouquet than what was delivered.

The people were not home..did not answer the phone..and we could not leave because the arrangement would have been in the sun and the tulips would not have been happy. Bridget...I am sorry you were disappointed with the arrangement. The designer followed the recipe and included the 3 pink roses as seen in the picture. The purple stock and lavender lisianthus may have been misleading in the photo. The lisianthus has a similar look when it is completely open as shown in picture. I ordered flowers through Ramones for my grandmother's birthday. I'm in PA (not local) and placed my order online. The flowers came right on time - right date, right order, right size, everything! Milt the driver was helpful and gave me a call when my grandmother didn't answer the door (she was with a neighbor across the street). I really appreciated that he made sure they were delivered safely and didn't just leave them at her door.
She absolutely loved them and the picture looked just like what I ordered, which can be challenging to find when it comes to flower companies (I've had bad experiences with other companies). This was my first time using Ramones and I will definitely order again! I also love that they are a locally owned business, as I would rather support them than FTD or some other huge company with subpar quality.

Well when Andi received the arrangment, it was not a truck and no live plant. It was a basket with handles and it did have lots of goodies but, no plant. Chris - I am sorry you were disappointed in the size. Sometimes we are limited by the length of the flowers we get from our vendors. I believe it was missing the gladiolus and we substituted with the snapdragon flower and since it does not always have the length we can get in the glads, the overall size is compromised. I was not happy with the service. Told them I wanted to pick up at 12. Got there and they didn’t have it. Gave me someone else’s flowers. They didn’t look like the picture. I was told the pictures posted online is photoshopped. The flowers weren’t as beautiful as I was expecting them to be. Made me upset and I would never order from here again

Yes, they do not look exactly like the picture because the pictures are taken in a professional studio with the flowers at their most mature state - completely developed so you get the full effect of the roses. We prefer to send the roses at the beginning of their development so the recipient can enjoy the development of the flowers.

They were presented in the red vase with upgraded greens but the roses are not open as shown in the picture. It is our opinion the recipient would prefer to see them open. I did pay for additional flowers and asked for specific kinds which were added. They were pretty but not as full as the online photo. My sister did love them but I don’t think I’ll upgrade next time.

I’ve been a huge huge fan over the last 1.5 years since I started using. Always amazing flowers. The last 2 orders were disappointing. Not as pictured, smaller than pictured, and some stems even dry. I sent an email before I reviewed in this manner without even a reply. Hopefully this isn’t consistent. I’ll give them one last try. I know they have the ability for amazing displays.

A bit disappointed that the flower arrangement didnt have any blue flowers in it. It was all white and just blah. The only blue was the vase. This was an arrangement for my Uncles funeral and a bit or blue (for men) color would have added more cheer to the arrangement. And this is what I thought I was getting when I picked this arrangement. So not entirely happy...this missed the mark!

The flowers, from what I heard were beautiful. However, the greeting card (which cost 4.99) looked to be written "by a child," which my friend found endearing thinking one of mine wrote it. Also, one of the names was missing in the "from..." Most places don't charge for a card, then to be wrong, not very professional.

The card itself is offered as an add-on but we do have an electronically produced card for free that we send with each arrangement. If you would like, I can refund the cost of the card to your credit card; or, since you live locally please stop in for a free bunch of flowers(just in time for the holidays!)

I was happy with the planter...as were the recipients... but it didn’t look like the picture. I realize that might have been the most expensive one pictured but there were daisies instead of lilies and I didn’t think that looked as elegant. Overall though it was a very nice arrangement.

Flowers were to be delivered Friday to retirement facility. Got an email 8:30pm they were delivered. The recipient did not get them until Saturday afternoon when I asked and they checked the front desk. I was surprised to hear they got delivered so late at night. Probably not the best idea for delivery to the retirement facility.
