Ramones has been in Wilmington, DE for over 30 years...19 years under the present owner - Darlene. Jaime is the bridal consultant and co-owner of the shop. Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (302) 994-8409, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (302) 994-8409 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Overall, an absolutely gorgeous arrangement. I've recieved it a few times. This time I bought it myself to replace flowers in my house and in the description it speaks of lavenders and purples. However, while I understand the substitution policy, it felt like there was quite a bit of pink including the roses. The color scheme I was going for was purple. It won't stop me from buying it in the future, I might just have to give a few days notice so they can order the flowers in.

Paid for a deluxe bouquet, which was to include additional flowers to enhance the arrangement. The arrangement looked bare and did not look as if extra flowers were added. If this was the proper amount of flowers for a deluxe bouqet, I'm afraid what the standard bouquet would look like. If they happened to forget to put in the additional flowers, it's a shame I paid for something and I didn't get it. I was hoping to write a rave review for such a reputable flower company in the area.

Flowers looked nice but, I specifically picked the ones I did based off the colors. Maybe I read wrong and the colors may be different. But the ones I ordered had a complete different color set than what I picked.

As stated on the website, sometimes we have to switch the colors of flowers but we keep the same color scheme. So here, orange roses, pink gerber, purple statice and yellow daisy...we did purple statice, yellow daisy, orange gerber and pink roses. I delivered it and the staff commented on the beautiful bright colors.

This arrangement was not the same as it looked in the picture. It looked like the flowers were pasted on a piece of board totally flat and very unattractive We were all very disappointed. I don’t mind paying $174.00 for an arrangement when it looks like the picture but this didn’t even resemble it. This funeral arrangement was for a very important person in our lives and we were all mortified at what this looked like.

With less then 24 hours notice we were unable to get the white carnation and white montecasino in so as stated on our website we substitute with white poms and babies breath. I have a picture of the arrangement when it was delivered to the funeral home and I do not see where the design of it is as you say. I will be emailing you a picture of the one we did and am curious if maybe the cards got switched from the funeral home.

The delivery was same day, as ordered, and very quick! The colors of the flowers were consistent with the picture on the website.
Some of the yellow daisy blooms did not look very fresh/healthy. I was disappointed to learn that there were no roses included in the arrangement. I do understand that orange roses may not have been available, but omitting them altogether reduces the value of the deluxe arrangement.

However, when I came into the shop Friday morning, it had been rejected because the flower shop in Philadelphia did not have the container. It was for Friday delivery so I immediately tried to find another shop. Finally,at 2pm, I saw it was for a birthday on Friday, so I spoke with the original shop and they agreed to send a nice arrangement. I thought I had emailed you to explain but obviously I did not...I am sorry. I see that you live here in our local area,,,I will be contacting you later today to see if I can deliver the container to you(since we do carry it). Again, I apologize...

Time got away from me and I forgot to order Valentine’s Day flowers for my sister who goes to school in the area. On Monday evening I ordered flowers and was happy to pay the $2 up charge for them to be delivered on Valentines Day (next day) and included a tip as I knew it’s a busy holiday for florists. I only have myself to blame for ordering them so late. I received a text from my sister around 2:50 that she received the flowers, and they are GORGEOUS! The security guard on campus also said that the person who delivered the flowers was dressed impeccably (full suit/tux). Thank you for going above and beyond. The Deluxe arrangement I purchased was not satisfactory. There were too many carnations and not enough lillys or colored blue flowers. Hence Wishes in blue. Also to purchase the upgrade to Deluxe was very disappointing.

I ordered these flowers because they looked bright and cheerful. The yellow flowers made me smile. When I received a picture of them from the person I gave them too, they were nice but lacked the brightness that I was looking for. The white daisies and yellow roses were in the arrangement but the other yellow flower in the picture wasn’t yellow, they substituted green and I feel that took away from the brightness. Also the picture shows a fuller bouquet than what was delivered.

Milt the driver was helpful and gave me a call when my grandmother didn't answer the door (she was with a neighbor across the street). Well when Andi received the arrangment, it was not a truck and no live plant. It was a basket with handles and it did have lots of goodies but, no plant. I realize there are times when orders are placed somethings may be different. I just really thought the Truck would have made her smile a little more.

I actually called Ramones right after the delivery. The recipient of the centerpiece sent me a photo and also told me that it was just beautiful. So, I called to compliment Ramones for the beautiful job filling my order. It was refreshing to order something and have it arrive looking just like the photo on the website. (The only difference was the ribbon -- the website shows red ribbons. The ribbons used were red and green plaid). I would have preferred the red ribbon; but not such a big deal. I’ve been a huge huge fan over the last 1.5 years since I started using. Always amazing flowers. The last 2 orders were disappointing. Not as pictured, smaller than pictured, and some stems even dry. I sent an email before I reviewed in this manner without even a reply. Hopefully this isn’t consistent. I’ll give them one last try. I know they have the ability for amazing displays.

A bit disappointed that the flower arrangement didnt have any blue flowers in it. It was all white and just blah. The only blue was the vase. This was an arrangement for my Uncles funeral and a bit or blue (for men) color would have added more cheer to the arrangement. The flowers, from what I heard were beautiful. However, the greeting card (which cost 4.99) looked to be written "by a child," which my friend found endearing thinking one of mine wrote it. Also, one of the names was missing in the "from..." Most places don't charge for a card, then to be wrong, not very professional.
