|I would not have known the delivery was not made, except that my cousin was there and let me know. It was a sympathy bouquet, and it was important it was received on the right day.
The next day, after me emailing about the "no delivery" they contacted me and said, "courtesy, they would deliver it that day, they just needed the gate code"... ugh. Very frustrating, and unprofessional. I asked they let me know when it does get delivered, they said "yes" but did not follow up... this time a sister looked around until she found the bouquet. It was not as it was in the picture. Super bummer.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
