I loved this design - simple, elegant and balanced. I thought to add more flowers because I was very grateful to the recipient. But in retrospect and after seeing the photo of the delivery, I think the extra flowers I asked and paid for spoiled the presentation somewhat. I should have trusted you guys with the original pictured here. Still was beautiful but I wanted to be honest and give my opinion. Leave well enough alone!

I ordered two bouquets on the recommendation of Ken Miller’s use of R Blooms. These were not cheap, $130 for two. They did not look like the photo. The cypress was tiny and the berry branch was too big, over powering the cypress and just placed randomly in the pot. Presentation was terrible. I could not give them as gifts. An expensive lesson. So disappointing.

Our staffer who is under the weather was thrilled at the colors, the variety and presentation. And said it really brightened up her recovery. And after ordering I got not one, but two calls from Blooms asking it if would be ok to substitute one of the lilies because they were out of stock temporarily and would another variety they have work? We agreed. I was very impressed they were calling to make sure that would be ok. I personally have no clue the difference, but very, very impressed in their attention to detail and transparency... Excellent, Excellent, Excellent.

I am not one to complain however, the arrangement called SUN SOURCE was missing flowers in a few spots. The hydrangea were wilted on one corner and the overall impression just did not go well considering it was nearly a $100.
I know everyone has a off day and that could have been your problem
In the past we have ordered approx. a half dozen arrangements and they have been very nice to spectacular.

Online ordering experience was easy and thorough, including notification of delivery.

However, results were disappointing, per image received from son of deceased. The assortment was mainly greens, and lacking in flowers, even though I paid $25 extra for extra blooms.

Your online sample showed mostly flowers and few greens. Didn't expect to be an exact match, but expected more blooms. Would like a refund of the $25 extra.

I chose your business based on a recommendation of a friend of my sister who lives part time in LO, which let me order quickly with having to check out other florists.

R Blooms is our go-to flower shop! They always have the most beautiful bouquets with the freshest flowers. And they are so thoughtful! We were having flowers delivered to a coworker after a surgery and she was not home. Instead of just leaving the flowers outside, they called her to let her know that they would be delivering them the next day when someone would be home so that her flowers would not wilt or be affected by the Summer heat.

I only gave it 4 stars because I don't know what the actual arrangement looked like. The recipient is in despair as a young widow on the one year anniversary of her husband's death. I know they arrived before noon and she was happy to receive them. I could not ask anything about the look, quality, etc. Everything from my side of the transaction was super!

I have always been skeptical about ordering flowers online but R Blooms of Lake Oswego relieved those thoughts. The whole experience was seamless, from finding what I wanted to send, to where it was to be delivered, and what the card would say. Since we have been experiencing HOT weather here I made a comment to give recipient more time to answer the door before they left them in hot weather. They called the day before the delivery to make sure they would be there and even rescheduled the delivery for a day they would be there! Wow! Excellent service, I would not hesitate to order from them! They also sent me a nice email with a picture of what I was sending, my card and all of the pertinent informaton. Not just another summary of money spent. R Blooms does it right!
