What is the sense of having a website that displays the floral arrangements that you get to choose from when you don't adhere to the pictures shown? I have not seen myself the actual item. My mother was the recipient of this and disliked everything about it! Very disappointed because she has received flowers from Purple Iris before, and have always liked the arrangements.

Ordered these for my wife for our anniversary, I specified to deliver after 3pm in the special instructions because neither my or I would be home before that. Anyway I got a notification email at 11:38am saying my order was delivered, then I got a call around 12:40 from the driver saying she’s at my house but no one is answering. I mentioned I’m not home but that is why I wanted delivery after 3pm, I work far away so there was no way to get home to accept this delivery. I asked the driver if it can be delivered later but I was told that wasn’t an option since all deliveries are pretty much done for the day. I had no option but to give the driver my garage passcode to place the flowers in my garage. When I got home and saw the flowers couple of pedals were falling off and some of the roses are already turning brown on the edges. Very disappointing to say the least

I sent my parents some springtime in winter- the arrangement showed up on the day scheduled. however, they were left on our front step - cold concrete in February without any packaging or protection from the elements. My mother happened to open the front door and there they were.
When I let the shop know about the lack of delivery service - no knock or attempt to have the door answered - their answer was to tell me the current temperature today (50) so the flowers were fine being left on the steps. What a disappointment from a store that I had been using since my prom in the 90s. I would recommend finding another florist in Point Pleasant.

This is the receiver, Deborah B. I came home from the Hospital to find the most exquisite and bountiful bouquet! Filled with so many sunflowers and summer flowers:) my heart was overjoyed. My friend found this shop through the information desk at Ocean Medical Center wanting to send to the hospital… due to COVID and restrictions in getting to my unit, it was difficult to navigate that and my impending discharge. Purple Iris went above and beyond for this delivery. We were sending it to our friend who was about to have her first baby, hoping it would be on their doorstep as they came home for the first time as a family of 3. My friend and the baby ended up having to stay in the hospital for a few extra days and she was really struggling with the situation. I asked if the delivery could be delayed since she wouldn’t be home for at least another 2 days. They immediately called the delivery driver and hauled the drop off for another 2 days. After a Super Fantastic New Years Weekend at The Tower Cottage and shown the warmest hospitality by Tony & Maureen my wife and I wanted to show our appreciation and send them a flower arrangement. We sent a Victorian tea cup and saucer arrangement which is the motif of TTC.
I ordered online and the Purple Iris has a beautiful easy to navigate website. I had made some punctuation mistakes on the note that was going to be delivered with the flowers. I called early the next morning before delivery, spoke with Jackie who was more than willing to make the changes for me.
Maureen was very happy and impressed with the arrangement.
