The story of the Floral Architect/Artist aka The Floral Archist ™. I was born and grew up in a paradise where seasons changed, but never noticed. As a teen, I relocated to yet, another paradise, but, unlike my place of birth, here the four seasons were heavily pronounced. Wanting to incorporate nature with men-made, lead me to attend a prestigious architectural college, here in Boston, from which I graduated with 3 Architectural degrees. However, my love for nature, the arts, colors, shape and form, resounded louder than my education and its structural pattern. Therefore, I decided to follow the calling of this passion, the Artist inside. And here I am, a Servant of The Omnipotent ... and bringing positivity and ‘pure Joy’ to all! RUN FROM THIS FLORIST! They don't return your calls or emails unless you call and email multiple days and they are CROOKS!
I called Come Pick My Flowers, and told Nancy, the owner, the whole story. She delivered replacement flowers immediately within 4 hours and hand-delivered them to my mother and sent me a picture. THAT is excellent customer service.

The 1st picture is the flower is the arrangement that Come Pick My Flowers sent as a replacement within a few hours notice -- not the 10 days of notice that Pure Joy had. Nancy charged me $60 for the flowers and $10 for the delivery and her flowers and the arrangement are so much fuller and so much more beautiful by comparison!
The 2nd picture is the picture that Pure Joy's delivery man sent me of what he allegedly dropped off, but he did not hand-deliver to my mom as I asked, so I don't even know if they arrived. They are clearly not the same as what I ordered and not as pretty or as purple and cheaper than the flower arrangement I paid for, which is the 3rd photo.
The 3rd photo is the flower arrangement I ordered and paid for from Pure Joy flowers for $65 + $15 delivery + $4.06 in tax and $13 in required tip.
Pure Joy is a PURE SCAM. I had to call the Better Business Bureau to report Marta-Victoria for refusing to give me a refund of the difference between the arrangement I paid for and the lesser one they allegedly sent (which I still have no proof was delivered) and my 20% tip that was forced at the time of purchase, rather than as a reward for good service. She didn't earn the tip. As far as I know, the flowers weren't even delivered so she didn't earn the sale either.

Hello Mr. Clements!
I’m extremely sorry to know that the flowers design you purchase, did not meet your expectations, and to us failure to bring ‘Joy’ to your loved one. This past Thursday was the day we were notified that the Governor and our Mayor have lifted the order for us, a non essential business. As you can imagine, all floral shops in MA were competing to get the best flowers we could from our farms and vendors. They too, have lost thousands of dollars as they were not allowed to air flight or ship theirs stocks. All floral orders that we had ordered were destroyed. Here at PJF we were on top of the news praying for good news. On Thursday we worked very hard to make sure we had flowers for our customers. Your order was the only order than needed all sort of white tone, I personally picked, hydrated and processed the flowers we received (we must pass our blooms through a process that sometimes is long. What we present to our customers is not what we get in the boxes that have traveled far and without water). When I designed your order, I used all the white blooms I had and processed them accordingly. We price our work based on many things, mainly cost. If the price of our products goes up, so does the design. We were very joyful and felt blessed that PJf was going to be spreading happiness to our clients. I placed all my effort and care into designing it. When we were allowed to do business, it came with restrictions: only the owners could enter and operate. That meant that it was my husband (running orders, verifying address and giving orders to those that elected pick up), my son (delivery) and me (designing). My employees couldn’t not work, only us. I can not understand why the blooms lasted 48 hours... flowers were personally cared for by me, my son dropped the floral piece in front of your door, as instructed. I don’t know how long they were out, etc. You are valued a lot to PJf, without our customers. We don’t have a small town business without our ‘people’, we have nothing! Please allow me to design another piece for you. I need to restock on flowers because our Reps do not have varieties or any blooms for us to order. Hopefully, by next week I may be able to get super fresh flowers... the way we always have. Forgive the super long response and the many details, but I felt that I needed to share. Please accept my apologies again!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
