Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

This was honestly one of those most beautiful flower arrangements I have ever seen! We have it sitting on the shelf along our stairs and it brightens up the room so much and every time I walk by the pleasant aroma of flowers follows me.

It was one of my sister's most exciting days....the day of her retirement!! My husband and I wanted to make her day just a little more special by surprising her with flowers. WOW! She was so thrilled she thanked us and took a picture of the arrangement not only once, but two days in a row! This flower arrangement was absolutely breathtaking! I will be using Pure Design every time I send flowers to someone in Philly. Thanks, Pure Design, for helping make my sister's retirement day a very special one.

Great customer service - I needed to change the delivery date and they were very accommodating. The arrangement is absolutely GORGEOUS! Looks exactly like the picture. My co-worker loved receiving this for her birthday. Pure Design is awesome and I highly recommend ordering from them!
